Yes,if the penalty is even less than 200 millions it's going to have a massive rally.I assumption is that there will be a lower cap of the claim amount (e.g. The claim above 200 £ will only be considered for settlement and not below that which would be fair to both consumers and auto industry when the economy is struggling.

Yes, the same question intrigued me,if CBS such a screaming buy why management is not buying. Even few thousands quantities open market buy can boost sentiment to a great extent I would say.No positive commentary either,not sure is it because of the SC case!
