Bull, the issue with the placing and warrants is the ridiculous discount they were done for! When the bod on here sold out at a 4p plus average and told everyone we didnt need a placing then a couple of weeks later, they bashed the price down with negative rns after rns, then raised a ridiculous amount of money and told shareholders the bare minimum of information, its unsurprising that people who paid premium prices for shares are now slightly angry that a chosen few can make an instant 33% profit, if these warrants get voted through.. especially when the p2f is on the verge of production. So no I dont think we are throwing the baby out with the bathwater, we are doing what we think is right on the information we have been given. Gla

Moonwalk, It's his technology, he started the company! So obviously when the tech he has invented is now wanted around the world, he will obviously benefit. Thats usually what happens with tech start ups.. its quite simple really.. the point your making is again stupid! Gla

That's a stupid comment moonwalk! A company with less dilution benefits everyone that owns shares in the company! And stopping an extra 400million warrants at a 33% discount to the price currently is certainly in my interest!! Gla

Yes they give warrants to make the placing more attractive to investors, in this case they couldn't beleive the price that they were getting. Warrants can only be approved at the GM by existing shareholders. Currently the board have zero say.. as they do not have any shares so they cannot vote. It's not that hard to work out..

The board are not shareholders, they have no vote in this instance..

Beatthemms what do you mean when the warrants are due? They have to be voted in at the GM which is supposed to be sometime this month.. and a significant amount of people will be voting against!

Not sure what your point is here prof42. The machine is made in Spain by lemu group.. not hard to find that out if you actually did some research if your that heavily invested..

Bit of light reading if anyone wants too, have a look at the lemu website gives some good info on the new machine bought by p2f. Estimates between 160-175 masks a minute.. depending on running times, that easily covers the 5 million a month target! Just hope we get some proper details on contracts etc now we are starting to get people on board that might actually want the sp to rise! Gla

If you look at previous rns you will see him and Paul Ryan awarded themselves 40 million options at 1.40 each because they really deserved it...

We got orchestrated rns through December telling us the machine was being delayed. An rns stating no reason for rise, when the thing that has driven the sp in the past has actually physically arrived! So if we dont get one today telling us its here officially, I will not be surprised! Gla
