Quite alot of those "buys" would of been sells, as you could sell above the mid price for alot of the day, which would then have been reported as a buy..

I had to look now haha. 3rd September 2018 rns stated 57 and change. Obviously without trawling through all the gyrometric rns from then, I'm guessing options etc exercised over the last 2 years took them back under the 50 mark.

I think rms have a majority share of gyrometric Steve. From memory and because I cant be bothered to look.. I think its 56% or thereabouts..

I'm aware of this blue panther, what I was querying is if Anthony laiker is no longer a person of significant control of the newco company, who is and what is happening with the companies that were "sold" to them? As I'm aware the newco company owes vela 855000 which can be repaid over the next 7 years. My concern is I cant really find out anything about newco except from the stuff on companies house which isn't much.. thanks

For people here pre reorganisation of capital, anybody know what's happening with this company newco as the shares in Argo Blockchain are worth quite alot now and Anthony laiker who was supposed to be "in charge" is was no longer a person of significant control from august according to companies house, and as he was the only director just wondering where all that money has got too? I noticed the other day p2f wasnt represented on the website, good to see that has been sorted. Still showing paul Ryan as chairman and old trev as executive director though.. little way to go. Nice to see some positive today, considering this was 7p based on smoke and mirrors and now we are days away from actual significant news.. goes to show how much sentiment can move a share price! People seem to be abit more cautious at the moment until warrants and real contracts are announced then maybe we will see the share price moving back towards previous highs.. in my opinion. Gla

Just having a look at the RMS website and I think it may need a tiny bit of updating... to say the least. How it has no mention of p2f when that is literally the only reason the share price has moved beyond .2p is beyond me.. also amusingly under the corporate governance section it still has paul Ryan as chairman and tb as an executive director.. for a company with a 50 million mc you'd think the website would at least include the company that makes up about 49 million of that mc.. just a thought.
