What is more clear is that rigless testing now appears to be planned for all three wells consecutively: it is possible that some time will be lost as wells may overrun.

The oversight is that some uncertainty exists with regard to costs (we are all experiencing this!) and if sufficient funds will remain for MOU-1 full rigless testing.

Good point nametrade, what do you think the split is between securing the option to drill and maintenance? The equipment has been used by SDX?? Is there sufficient contingency in the £125,000 allocated for price inflation?

Jtan calm yourself dear, this season the airline business is a game of fuel hedging: even load factor is less relevant. We are all struggling to comprehend the staggering inflation rate (well to be fair some of us remember the last time inflation was in double digits).

What I can predict with reasonable certainty is that the days of a double digit SP here is unlikely. As for O and G shares the bananas tribalism of the gamblers amuses me, a lot.

The only question is, can eJ make a useful margin, we shall see...

Ryanair hedged 80%

Here is easyJet: · easyJet is currently c.71% hedged for fuel in H2 of FY22 at c.US$619 per metric tonne, c.49% hedged for H1 FY23 at c.US$701 and c.20% hedged for H2 FY23 at c.US$807. The spot price on 17 May 2022 was around US$1,225.

Now for Ryanair: Our FY23 fuel needs are approx. 80% hedged (65% jet swaps at c.$63bbl and 15% caps at c.$78bbl). Almost 10% of Ryanair's H1 FY24 fuel requirements are hedged at c.$76bbl (via jet swaps). Carbon credits are 85% hedged for FY23 at €53 (well below the current spot price of almost €90). This very strong fuel hedge position gives Ryanair a considerable competitive advantage for the next 12 months and will enable us to grow market share strongly over the coming year.

I'll let you do the arithmetic but the effect on the all important load factors is clear.

Easy a possible recovery play around the next possible Rights Issue, my target price £2.00.
