Notakin, yes I know that Openreach doesn't own the network, they only maintain it. My reason for thinking that Drahi wants Openreach is it was strongly rumoured in the press months before before Drahi purchased his 12.1% of BT. IMO because he got the knock back, his next more was to acquire his growing shake.

ITV closed @120.85p down 2.26% while Toms tip M&S closed down 2.47% @191.80p. My god Tom you're in a mess after purchasing £100k worth at 260p? You're losses put my ITV paper losses in the shade. ITV ADR's currently up 2.13% in a falling market.

Who knows what Drahi's intentions are, he's locked out of making a takeover bid until June of this year. Although, he can increase his holding further than his current 18% holding. IMO his target is Openreach. I believe that he enquired about OR only to get the knock back, his next move was to obtain his growing shareholding. Interesting times ahead come June, or will he decide to kick the BT can further down the road?

Tom you had a better opportunity purchasing ITV at 50p, you would have made far more in ITV than Shell. Your problem is you always move the goalposts. When ITV were at 50p you wanted 30p. You are now waiting for 90p, if ITV were to drop to 90 you would want 40p. You're a first class idiot.

Thanks for your reply above Janus. To be honest, I genuinely feel sorry for Tom if his family have disowned him. I dread to think what he's done for his kids to disown him, that's sad. I hope that one day Toms kids can find it in their hearts to forgive him, because family is everything.

Agreed Sharkz. Even Tom tried to get himself banned by starting a petition under one of his other aliases Bielsaball2021, that had us all fooled. The mind truly boggles with Tom, he needs professional help. While 99.99% of us wouldn't under normal circumstances take the Mickey out of a mentally handicapped person like Tom, he does bring it all on himself. Maybe if we all filtered him he would get the message? But it will mean all of us, I filtered him but posters reply to him, I ended up unfiltering because you only get one part of the conversation.

Janus, you claim to personally know Tom? I have no reason to doubt this. Do you think that you could have a word with one of Toms kids, if he has any, to get him the help that he needs? Failing that maybe you could spill the beans on him on here to try and shame him into stop posting on this thread? I've noticed in the past that Tom never replies to you, or disputes anything that you have revealed about his past on this thread, because of this I think that you are telling us the sad truth about Tom.

I always monitor the volume whenever takeover rumours start. Follow the volume and more often than not you follow the takeover.
