I was thinking along the same lines, to use our base in T & T to showcase our wares, rather like a show home on a Barrett Housing development. Over the next few years customers will be desperate to utilize c02 EOR because obtaining planning permission for new o & g projects is becoming increasingly difficult. In the Western Democracies, where we tend to have strong eco lobbies, it has become far easier to enhance production from existing wells using existing infrastructure rather than attempt to develop fresh fields.

At one end of the scale there have been a number of multi- billion dollar pipeline projects thwarted by courts in the US and Canada. At the microcap level, UKOG are facing serious opposition from with county council planning committees in Surrey and the IoW. As we aware, Ireland has gone a step further in banning new fossil fuel exploration and whilst they are only a small nation, it is highly significant in that others are bound to follow.

I'm hoping whatever happens with the FRAM deal, relations between the two companies are harmonious as I'm sure we can be of mutual assistance, especially if Perseverance isn't the golden lottery ticket many hope.

Bobbsox- You forgot to mention Jon Fitzgerald, a man so respected in o & g that the the Lang family had him negotiate the sale of their assets in Wressell to Reabold. Plus of rcourse he recently provided over the marriage of BPC and CERP to create a o & g company worth currently £65m.

Of course out resident Eeyore and Geographic Whizz kid knows far better, so I suggest he takes his genius elsewhere.

There's bureaucracy everywhere in the world. I suspect far worse places than T &T to do business. Everything I've seen recently seems to point to the fact that their government is deadly serious about wanting to make it easier for foreign investors in o & g.

Like many lazy politicians in developing nations, they've milked a cash cow almost to death, but have had the good sense to realise the error of their ways before their o & g industry is completely run into the ground.

A nice steady income stream can pay salaries and keep things ticking over without every needing to worry about where next years funding will come from..

Ok, thanks Incendros, I've had a very small dabble in BPC as I was in for a couple of days a few months back and made a bit of beer money, so thought I'd have another go.

It is a mystery to me how it is worth £60m. I definitely remember a while ago Malcy saying that Perseverance had a 12/1 chance of success but many of the investors on their board seem to think it is a done deal.

I'm convinced that many investors haven't spent much time understanding the o & g industry as I thought they'd done well with CERP as hitherto BPC had yet to produce a drop. I suppose if you are real chance you aren't interested in slowly building a viable business, you want gold taps next week, not in a few years time.

Great example Highlander, TXP was a share I'd got my beady eye on, but once it started running it was soon out of sight. I'd forgotten until your post that they were in T & T. Goes to show it is a country really serious about making itself a business friendly hub for foreign investment.

Aminex on the other hand are in Tanzania.. I've seen a few people say that the are only two countries in Africa that are really business friendly and that's Rwanda and Morocco.

With our other play, Ireland probably the easiest country for the UK to do business with, we really are in an enviable situation in regards to where we are doing business. Best part is, I don't think that is just good fortune....

Every few days I read about lack of REE and/or over dependance on China. Trump has been kicking off for a while, a week ago it was a senior EU trade official. I wonder what it will take for someone to sit up and realise it will be a lot quicker to buy into existing mines like ours as it will take years to set up an entire industry in Europe or the US from scratch.

If Biden wins, he will need to either be very nice to the Chinese or hopefully the CEO of Thysesen-Krupp. Otherwise he won't have access to enough REEs to build the motors of the thousands of wind turbines that he's promised the US electorate.

It's a near perfect storm approaching for us to get a cracking result. Small, nimble and payment by results rather than fat salaries is the order of the day. I'm in BLOE and we pulled a cracking deal with Schlumberger recently. The usual message board Eeoyres were all saying that it was 'too good to be true, no one gives away profitable assets cheaply..etc, .but they do.

What is a great earner for a £10m cap company is an inconvenience for the real big beasts. In the current climate, not worth keeping their business running in Georgia for maybe a few thousand bopd.

I'm assuming Tinity-Iniss well isn't the only producing asset BPC gained from CERP ? I've seen grumbling on their board that buying CERP has yielded them peanuts and others saying Trinity Iniss isn't worth the bother of running so good riddance... Anyone know off hand how much BPC/CERP produce a day in total?

Yeah cheers Wacky. It may seem very rich from someone who invests in o & g but I'm otherwise a bit of an eco warrior, I don't drive, cycle everywhere, have a war in my house on plastic etc.

If we can make money and do the planet a favour at the same time, it's very good karma. I have a vegan daughter who refused to touch o & g shares
until she read up on PRD and has given them the benefit of the doubt. As Malcy said, we are the
o & g Greta share so it's an investment that let's me sleep well.

It looks almost too good to be true. Oil is used to produce hydrogen, hydrogen is used to produce blue ammonia which can be used in CO2 sequestration.

We have oil, we have a partner that produces ammonia and we are big into CO2 sequestration technology. It's something to consider as we are already out of the starting blocks.

Just thinking aloud here but the latest big word in green energy is blue amonia.

As things stand will will be getting CO2 from Massey an ammonia producer, to produce oil.

Blue ammonia can be obtained from oil and captures c02 and produces hydrogen.

Not sure if PRD are going to be having anything to do with blue ammonia but I can see in theory a very clean cycle of CO2 capture and reuse to.produce more oil, to produce more blue ammonia to capture more CO2.

I'm sure our bod will be aware of blue ammonia as we are 'The Greta Stock' as Malcy puts it , we are in partnership with a major producer of ammonia, we use their mmonia's co2 for EOR.

This would be at the vanguard of world beating eco energy technology, surely we can't be looking that big? Just a thought.

The west coast of Ireland has to be one of the best spots for wind farms in Europe, shame for them they didn't start big 20 years ago.

We don't want the Irish panicked enough to reconsider the shut down of Corrib and Shannon. We do however want them to be very concerned, so to start urgently looking at acceptable alternatives. Of course, even non fracked LNG is Satan's breath as far as the hard eco greenies go. He's has to play the compromise, best transition fuel card and play it well. Will help if whichever POTUS is banging the same drum and attacking fracking but not conventional gas.

Let's not forget, old wells can now be brought back to action quite easily using co2/eor with no.leakage into the atmosphere courtesy of Predator. (PRD) Plenty of those around in the Caucasus.

That was a great Bloomberg article someone posted this morning about Ireland and importing fracked gas being a real no,no. The Irish are deadly serious about this, a very acrimonious Brexit divorce is on the cards, with Ireland centre stage. PRD really are in standing in the right place to take advantage at one of the most pivotal times in the UK's history.
