Scancell founder says the company is ready to commercialise novel medicines to counteract cancer. Watch the video here.
Yes Sussex, I concur, I didn't realise it was for the UK steel industry. Knee jerk reaction so yes, better dug in the UK than imported from China or Colombia in polluting tankers.
I have an intense dislike of coal mines, all I could see in Stoke growing up was filthy dirty ****heaps and very little greenery so jumped to conclusions without really investigating. Sure nowadays they wouldn't be allowed to trash the area above ground
Me and mates on did a meandering tour, stoned admittedly after a stag in Brighton of villages with silly names on the way back to London in the 80s.
Indeed the Dickers were included along with Balls Cross, Gay Street and Gay Lane. There were plenty more to choose from, the driver recalled hearing hoots if laughter in the back of the car as we found another on the map worthy of Finbar Saunders and his Double Enterderes.
We hit a dog heading to Lickfold which went running yelping up the road and decided to call it a day.
I must get out more but the pubs are shut..
Thanks very much BDT, I've had 10 months sharp learning curve after retiring with a bit to invest, I honestly didn't know you could link HL accounts. Finally sorted mrs name to match name on bank a/c so all set up with HL to start stashing more family PRD in ISAs.
RBW taking a breather so I'll hit that next year. PRD is the one I'm desperate to stash away. I've cleared everything else out of ISAs so looking to have it all sorted early April.
Expecting lots of others to be rearranging their affairs re PRD in the next 3 weeks. No point having laggards in an ISA when this could explode in your Fund & Share account like an atomic bomb. Should be a lot of liquidity as a result.
£50k sold £250k bought. This share is about to explode. Only thing a tad disappointing is that my family now own a little under 1% of the company but cost la vie. 0.95% will suffice.
We've hit gold
Re RNS
Glad to see plans to use the Kinsale pipeline, I'm a Green at heart and great use of an existing resource. As for selling the concept of CO2 EOR to the Irish, surely that should persuade the greenest of eco warriors to buy our non fracked gas.
We may even be able to extend the life time of Corrib and possibly drain a little more from Kinsale before it's properly cold so to speak.
Thanks very much BDT. I was going to sell the shares and send the money over to my wife. If I"m allowed to transfer shares into her H & L account that would be easier. I just thought it would be a load of hassle, involve the Inland Revenue etc. I was a public employee all my life until 10 months ago and never expected to be dealing with maximising ISAs and capital gains. Dropped on well finding PRD and RBW, these are indeed nice problems to have.
Cheers BDT. Trying to sort an H&L ISA for my wife but a nightmare. She's Sikh, a proud people and wanted to keep.her Indian surname when we married 30 years ago. However a conservative people so when we had kids wanted to share my name so people knew she was married. A hyphenated name is very bad news. She can't pay into her F & S account because bank and passport in different names etc. Still sorting out and not yet there.
I will advise you in no uncertain terms as you.plzn to get married-, either the missus properly embraces your name and changes everything over or sticks to her own. Half measures, some accounts in one, some in another or doubled barrelled surnames will give you grief...all I want to do is protect the family's riskily gambled profits from.the grasping claws of 'The Man'.
I'll be doing same BDT, myself and daughters have ISAs. I'm clearing out all PRD from Fund & Shares. Well that was the plan, we had enough space before our recent rise but a nice problem to have.
Lose a few grand on spread or if it rises whilst funds clearing,c'est la vie we will all be rich long term.
You said you had hit a milestone, is it 3/4 million? You had 600,000 or so a month back. If so aim for the millionshare club?
UK will become an pariah as far as the US is concerned if we push ahead with the new coal mine in Cumbria, stinks of jobs for Red/Blue Wall votes to me. On top of breaching N I protocol and Moron and tabloids dissing Meghan.
Sleepy Joe has Boris and the UK establishment sighted in his crosshairs. All good stuff for us t
though, good to be in a company affected by international events rather than the UK economy....
Reckon more and more people will be looking for shares with a green angle. PRD worth a look, one of the greenest o & g stocks, again affected by world politics and poo, not UK economy.
Cheeky cross ramp I know but I'm in RBW because of a mention on.the PRD board so thought I'd return the favour, plus ESG, CCS EOR is all part of the Green Revolution.
Sorry wasn't Vale, it was TechMet and it was the US govt not specifically the military.

I swear we had some kind of partnership with Vale in the past or am I confused. It was definitely a Brazilian company and I got a little excited because there was a US military connection.
Not that I'm I to war, I just like the fact that warplanes and missile guidance systems are sadly a necessary part of life and need lots of rees.
Good afternoon Sefton, Nigel. It was T &T CCS EOR that originally interested me after Malcy described it as the Greeta stock. I kind of felt the world was turning as much as an ethical investment.
I managed to persuade my daughters to.join me on this journey on the back of Malcy's comments because oil is poison in many young peoples minds.
I think Morocco will be our making but for some reason, I've become fascinated by Ireland because of the shenanigans and political chicanery. I suppose it's more interesting than a straight forward drill in a nation where you have the ministry of mines, energy and environment firmly behind you rather than playing silly games.
Good luck, this is life changing stuff for all of us who've invested more than beer money..
You added an additional figure in there Nick. Still, four thousand million = £4 billion, which still seems astronomically high in all honesty.
Happy just sitting patiently, sure we'll soon revisit our all time high. Plenty more blue days to come..
I noticed a few days ago NdPr alloy and Neodymium had dropped in.price for the first time in several months, or at least whilst I've been checking.
Just copied the post below from the PRE board.
Q. Why are Lynas trying to talk the RE market down ?
A. Because they are worried that when Pensana starts producing Nd Pr there will be an excess of By-product which is going to crash their HREE margins !
I wonder who dumped a heap of Nd / Pr onto the Shanghai Metals exchange today in an attempt to give the story credibility ?

China Shoots Itself In The Rare Earth Foot; Again!

Cheers Sefton, I may give Mahler another go. My dad dislikes Mahler with a vengenace and I suspect I picked up my dislike from him.
It's a lovely feeling knowing that PRD will make me à millionaire before long . My daughter's can work (if they wish) at something they feel passionate about rather than needing to spend decades in well-paid, but often soul destroying work and still only lead a very modest life in London. Or in fact have to take into account the salary of any potential suitor. If either choses a hansome and tortured poet or artist living in a garret in a rundown part of Paris, c'est la vie.
Nigel I was most amused to see you thought Sefton a great name as I don't. I somehow feel Sefton to be my antithesis but at the same time I find him strangely fascinating. A love of Mahler? a thoroughly melancholy depressing bar steward, give me Borodin or Mozart any day.
The reason I hated the name Sefton was at the time of the Hyde Park bombing, I was incredulous that the nation seemed to be more concerned with an injured horse than dead and dying young men. I'm from Stoke originally and they are a pretty dim bunch by and large. My mates didn't get my sense of irony and I was slated for being heartless , cruel and even a Provò apologist just because I couldn't muster any sympathy for 'Brave Sefton'. I thought it British sentimentality regarding animals at it's worse...but I suppose what do you expect in a nation where the RSPCA was set up as a charity before the NSPCC..
Back to PRD all is looking good, o & g shares usually always rise in run up.to spud (BPC being a notable exception, but let's face it, they are a special case) Hopefully we won't see the usual bailing out by the 'take a profit and run' herd because the potential upside us astronomical.
Does anyone know by any chance if there has been a published percentage likelihood of us striking commercially recoverable gas on first Moroccan drill?
I'm convinced that the US will fall out with Chinese soonish. I'm also convinced that it will more serious than Trump continually bickering over the price of steel, or whatever else his bugbear of day happened to be.
They are bound to get stuck in over human rights, democratic freedoms, Myanmar, Urgurs, Hong Kong maybe..or in.some other way hector and lecture to say our way is the only good way. to run a nation. Just like they have done in Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan etc...
All in the fullness of time..

Interesting read, Pentagon clearly not happy with laisse fair economics trumping national security. The US govt should have thought of that when they let MP go to the wall. Free Market Capitalism, red in tooth and claw is almost a religion in the US but not necessarily always in the national interest.
Don't know if anyone has seen the film War Dogs but advocating free market bucaneering in the middle of a war isn't a great idea.
Doesn't seem long ago £550k would have been 10% of the company. Happy days everyone, we all knew our day would come. It was just a matter of patience, I watch my neighbour's cat sitting silently outside a mouse nest in my garden. He is my inspiration when I know I'm onto something good..
I'd love to see the Irish roadmap to hit the 70% in less than 9 years. Be a good few chicanes on the journey, I'm sure. Reckon some of those antiquated kerosene burning central heating systems will have been.in rural cottages for decades, hard enough persuading people to swap for a gas combi, let alone trusting to solar panels.
