Daisan, agreed. All regions are sitting at new highs. The latest FeV prices are.... China $87.7 -,$88.6 per kg (10/7). Europe $81 - $83 per kg (13/7). US $82.5 - $84.7 per kg (13/7). And rising! Incredible :)

Alfa, thanks for that, very interesting. FeV prices of $120 per kg. Wow! Bushveld Minerals, the investment of a lifetime! You don’t get many chances like this and I don’t really like the term ‘golden tickets’ but I am happy using that term here :)

There were 7 sells in the space of 4 minutes, so the MMs drop the price trying to scare a few more out.
But there are very few available to buy so they have to move it back up fast.

YTSS, Sojitz buyout isn't speculation.

'Improve Bushveld's exposure to the underlying cash flows of its assets'.
Bushveld only has one source of cash flow from its assets and that is from Vametco. This point can only be in relation to Sojitz's share. It can't possibly mean anything else.

It was also confirmed by the house broker - SP Angel.

The other uses of the cash raised are self explanatory from the RNS.

YTSS, surely we know what the March placing is being used for.
Per the RNS.

'The planned use of the net proceeds of the Placing, being approximately US$20.9 million (GBP14.9 million), is to:

Redeem the outstanding Atlas Capital Convertible Bond (US$6.3m) (GBP4.5 million);

Simplify Bushveld's organisational and corporate structure to improve Bushveld's exposure to the underlying cash flows of its assets (US$9.0m) (GBP6.4 million); and

Support Bushveld's vanadium expansion programme: Expansion of the vanadium reserves and resources at the Vametco mine and Brits Project for future production and support Vametco's expansion plans to increase production to more than 5,000mtV and beyond (US$5.6m) (GBP4.0 million).'

Seems reasonable.

Buys going through at below the mid price at 22.7p.

Our Spanish friend and a few short termers seem to have sold out because of 'dilution' worries.
Any dilution at current levels of cash generation can only be very good news for shareholders, as it would mean either Mokopane development, brownfield acquisition or Sojitz acquisition or something else earnings accretive.

All would be transformational developments.

Roll on the dilution!
