An excellent period ahead! Bushveld Energy update. Quarterly report showing production increasing and higher vanadium prices. Half yearly report - profitability significantly improving as the vanadium supply shortage keeps growing. The acquisition of the Sojitz minority holding in Vametco increasing our share to 74%. Mokopane mining licence. Mokopane news of early revenue generation. Brits vanadium drilling news, very high grades expected, thereby reducing Vametco production costs even further. Bushveld Energy business model cash flow capabilities and valuation details! Bushveld Energy contracts. Eskom VRFB agreement news. Electrolyte production news. The structural vanadium supply deficit is now having a huge effect on FeV prices. Current FeV prices (6/7)... China $85-$86 per kg. Europe $79-$81 per kg. US $80.3-$83.6 per kg. Add on our 5% Nitrovan premium and what do you get? An incredibly undervalued cash elephant! Huge profits are being generated at current FeV prices. A nitrovan price of $100 per kg is definitely in sight. This is such an exciting time to be a primary vanadium producer :) Surely 30p next week? :)

BE is moving forward nicely. From the annual report...

'During the course of 2017, Bushveld Energy started to build its
energy storage project pipeline across Africa.

In addition to the Eskom 120kW/450kWh VRFB system, optimal sites
for a large scale VRFB demonstration system of multiple megawatt
hours are being developed in South Africa.'

The BE update should be very interesting :)

I know we have a lot of news coming up but I'm really looking forward to the Bushveld Energy business model update and cash flow capabilities.

From the annual report, 'Finally, the company expects in the second half of 2018 to be in a
position to outline its business model, cash flow capabilities and
valuation in Bushveld Minerals.' This could be huge.

Mikhail says BE is going to be bigger than the vanadium side of the business, so this is going to be worth waiting for.
BE has been quite a difficult one to value up to now, but this should help enormously.

IMO, we will fly through £1 per share in 2019.

Bear in mind we only currently hold 59.1% of Vametco. However, we are negotiating with Sojitz to increase our share of Vametco to 74%.

Production will also be increased to 5,000 tonnes pa by the end of 2019.

Now re-work the figures!

Production costs at Company guidance of 205 ZAR is around $15 per kg.
Nitrovan selling at around $90 per kg.

Royalties just over $6 per kg (7%).
Overheads say $4 per kg.

Production now up to 3,750 tonnes pa.

Anyone can do the maths....

Up to now, mainstream prices for ferrovanadium 50%min have risen to RMB282,000-285,000/t (USD84.97-85.88/kg V) delivered D/A six months, up sharply by RMB40,000/t (USD12.05/kg V) from last week. With this high price, ferrovanadium began selling goods actively. Market participants predicted that prices for Chinese ferrovanadium would reach the top and stay at high level in the coming week.
