If it were my choice to decide on a direction I would... accept that we need $80 Million to do the seismic and exploration well and get that $80m fot the seismic, the exploration well and the CPR by rights issue. Following the CPR I would start (via IPO (Euronext and NYSE)) a new company, buying our assets via paper purchase (shares in Newco) and raise through IPO the remaining $380M needed for the tieback.
