Almost certainly at fault. My guess would be non disclosure of material facts during due diligence. But that is a guess. Lucky to have even kept the bank balance imo. An horrendous situation all round and I've unfortunately mentioned this share to friends and family who are sharing my pain too. It's funny, the BoD of AIM companies never actually pay a price for their incompetence.

Breach icw. legal issues during due diligence phase? I'm not expert, but could something like this void the JV?

Just thought I'd put this here as a reminder. While the bod is fan nying around on whatever it is they are doing we are waiting on royalties for the assets we gave away when bmr. Would like an update at some point, BoD.

As I say, I bought purely because of a publication called penny shares or penny stocks and if I remember correctly was about 4p at the time. Was the beginnings of fruitflow as a functional ingredient and the write up was good. It was my first ever investment (i was 18!). I may have missed the spike, and I may still be waiting after 20 years, but thankfully most of my buying was around 2008/9 and about a decade later. I have an average of 0.7p as a result. Hugely frustrating share, though.

A sound recommendation from a publication called penny stocks if I remember correctly. I then exited before the coca cola/pepsi spike because of cash flow needs and reinvested around 2007/8. Been in ever since and never really spiked again! 🤣🤦‍♂️

Another top up then... purely stubbornness at this point. Why can't this company just become a shell and wait until the future royalty payments (from jlp) rather than wasting these tiny raises on whatever nonsense this company does!?

As long as they don't reduce divi I'd be happy for buyback/greater divi per share spread... but it's amazing how many decisions are made with new investors in mind rather than the existing holders. Sit and wait, but a positive day at least

What an horrific year for Arc. Genuinely a shambolic turn of events for LTHs, now sitting on substantial losses. I've no idea how we can be in this position with the agreement we have. Apparently no news either.

Wow. This has hit rock bottom... Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but what an opportunity we had to get the f*** out a few months back - I have about half of what I had before at a lower average, but in a way I wish I'd put this to work elsewhere.
