For all we know AK might be handling this company operationally well or very well... and debtors might be paying bills owing to SAVE appropriately too.. indeed from financial info. recently released on banked revenues and production levels actually achieved/taken up the afore statement are potentially very reasonable ones in my mind.

To me that soon upcoming financial update will go a long way towards giving comprehensive transparency here and the video conference AGM will help somewhat more at least too.

And now we have to have a separate meeting specifically to present the audited accounts, we will get more transparency again than we might otherwise have on those too then.

Generally, the financial position here is the same today as it was on Friday.. and so todays s/p movement is borne out of frustration and negative guesswork more than factual information imho.. that said, absolutely any holders entitlement to sell as and when they see fit, of course.

Dr Reddy's is a multi billion dollar turnover / market capitalisation company with a large stable of generics and other drugs and technologies... if the adopt midatech pharma tech even to a small extent it could be very meaningful indeed for a tiny company like mtph

I'm amazed this s/p has not gone up this morning in truth..

( may be longer term holder(s) selling recently than overhang from this placing selling I'd offer though eg Armistice)

If mtph tech is as good as Viveka for eg thinks then DR Reddy after trailing will deploy it widely I hope.. and a company that size doing this would mean very good earnings from this for mtph in due course..

off the back of this news..the s/p going down this morning is farcical... it should have gone up !!!

granted there was no mention of financial outcomes from this to the mtph... so maybe none, to begin with at least .. but for those who are looking to see the tech deployed to maintain/enhance as many lives as possible this is good news..

clearly seller(s) about too at even these low s/p level, which is sad..

President Energy (PPC) has yet to recover Paul C .. was on the way to and Peter Levine threw a grenade of a punchy placing in last week.. one of many placings over the years.. and this placing has knocked confidence a lot further for many.. and a VERY tricky share indeed altogether .. but Trafigura are heavily involved there now which, apart from the odd scandal, makes it interesting again to me .. It's my second biggest BET now after save.l.. and it's an Argentina play too.. but this is Nigeria after all .. and very much DYOR on it :-)

just when you want to see another day of 20 plus trades done here towards seeing if still active, we get 1 trade in first two hours of market..

..we've had - relatively- decent numbers of trades here for a good while here now... and just when a rally might be on the cards activity may be drying up .. the irony..

(towards doing my bit, I've put my money where my mouth is a lot here previously and especially recently - ie a number of top ups in recent weeks - and am close to fully loaded .. so can't be my turn this time again.. )

PL has made a bigger and bigger mess of this s/p for years now imho... loves doing placings and the s/p loves collapsing down further again off the back..

Longtermers who haven't continually averaged down regularly have gone from a being in an extraordinarily deep hole to now effectively dead money here, sadly and imho

I thought I was doing well topping up at 1.95 near open.... but just bought more at 1.80p now ,, and would buy more again at 1.70 p etc..

Poor to very poor issue price.. incredibly short notice... and with very few existing PI shareholders already on Primary Bid, I'd expect, which, including getting set up, makes it doubly tricky for them to participate in this ..ie few will

premeditated by PL no doubt..

(Why not do it through regular Corporate action raise channels with existing retail brokers .. they have the time to this if they chose ?)

PL is happy to get a bunch of new PI's involved here, I'd offer.. good in some ways eg expand PI footprint in terms of numbers of them holding at least...but bad in others eg plenty will be a bunch of short term 'flippers', I'd guess.. and he's far more interested in II's generally now anyway, seemingly … but that's a double edged sword ...as it's PI's trading that has a big impact on price movements in illiquid names like PPC..
