All I’ve got to offer back after your posts on this trail is that I believe you to be special Noel.

Over the years I've been involved with this BB, apart from FK1, whose predictions have been excellent for a very long time here, I rate no regular posters on this BB as even average in their predictions here. I include myself and yourself in this Noel and I absolutely and categorically include Mr Dribbles and Dodgepot in this too, and include plenty of others who have come - and often gone - here too.

On average between the 4 - Dribbles, Dodge, Michu and NoelS - of us for eg over the few year piece I've been looking in /posting here, I rate our predictions as somewhere between poor and awful, but would add a caveat for your predictions in more recent times; in you broadly offering whatever FK1 says here you agree with, your predictions have been good ( I use 'broadly' as for eg I note that per my copied post this morning, you did predict .5p coming here at end of Oct.)

Whoever wants to post here can post away as far as I'm concerned Dodgepot. It's for administrators here - and not me - to decide if what's posted is within rules.

I have no idea about Noel S's quality of book/s so can't help there alas, although I will admit to wondering if 'scumbag' is the most used word in his book/s.. It's a favourite word of his on this BB for sure, but it had been a long while since he called me a scumbag here, in fairness... but you and Mr Dribbles seem to get called it a lot, so I was beginning to feel a bit left out even.. but not any more :-)

Was it you who bought the £3.99 worth ‘northern magic’? I struggled to get how you were being so upbeat here having, from many 10’s of pence down, done perhaps a hundred ? top ups here over the years .. but if they were all of the £3.99 ilk, I get tgat better now. Ps I do understand that 3.99 gbp goes a long way up north and so get there could still be some pain for you :-)

bottom line meaningful contract news could theoretically drop at any time FK .. directors buying per commitment at 1p would help too.. (if they don't do this in November it will - further - adversely effect this s/p I'd guess)

sad to see this tick on down.. what little I've left in here is plenty over a third down now.. so small i'll just keep holding and hoping whatever happens from here..

and this going towards .80p in a semi ok general market environment is tricky indeed.. and a market correction in coming month or three would be very untimely for this share.. unless they can offer some bottom line meaningful good news soon, very please.

ps; Noel , no market melt down in October per your prediction ?! Apart from 'your listen to FK advice' in recent times, your calls on this BB from first posting have been plenty worse than even mine I'd offer :-)

this block transaction seems great news.... and in terms of the micro point you raise grsshaw: they could easily have sold 7m in the approx two weeks between 20th and yesterday .. and my guess is IFC are now out or if not completely so, as near completely as makes minor difference only .. and any short term small fall could be profit taking from yesterday day trader type buyers and./or small rump selling from IFC ..so putting my money where my mouth is, and having sold a quarter of my holding recently, I've added back some of that back today.

altogether, I was thinking 1p could happen here in shortish order.. I'm instead now thinking 2p could happen here in shortish order..

DYOR of course ( and we need holding(s) RNS to be 100 per cent certain what we think has happened has definitely happened)

anyone of any sort of meaningful size holding here kinda has to hold and hope for the best, around now at least.. as there is so little buying appetite here around now that anyone dumping even 10k or 15k gbp now worth would decimate the s/p even from these lowly - .80's - levels imho.

But that could all change if/when they come up with a bottom line meaningful contract win RNS ..

And, altogether, i still have a reasonable amount of hope here.. as a little real momentum from here can easily beget more momentum again etc.. the neighbourhood jones's taking their product and liking it can breed confidence into other neighbours talking it ...etc..

I sold most of my holding here in recent days and that wasn't 'leaky leaky' related and I'd guess ditto for other sellers.

The uncertainty caused by Co-Vid raising its ugly head with a vengeance is a problem for this completing even in the next 3 months now I feel. The macro consequences on poo are already being seen and there has to be a chance of a meaningful US market correction in the next couple of months too.. and that would have a ripple effect...etc..

( i still feel this farm out will complete in 2021 though )

oh well.. i had fairly low expectations for these results and they weren't met, alas. Poor is my judgement for results for the year to end March.... and post period, in the circumstances, average/semi decent more than poor.

I sold a third of my small remaining holding this morning and even for that very small trade I couldn't get a quote price and so put in 'at best' in the end just to get it done.. and it was done at a poor price.

I will not sell anymore now whatever as there still, of course, remains a chance this will come good at some stage in the future.. (there's always a chance, whatever.. and the co. in an ok state still overall with some pretty good prospects/potential)

In terms of adding back: If a - bottom line - meaningful good news RNS drops I'll look to add back.. otherwise, I may start adding some back if this were to go to .70p .. the ok post period so far should normally see this avoid that low I'd have guessed. so it may take a bad macro month - eg US market correction in Nov/Dec - to get down to that level I'd guess.. but that could happen too.... hence why i sold a bit more this morning.. for the long suffering here, hopefully it doesn't though.

agreed olderandwiser.. and Nigeria business is the real USP / non competitor replicable one for me here (far more than Niger)

while Norges Bank are probably now under 3% here, it is not certain - in my mind at least - that they are yet fully sold out here .. and as it seems very likely to me that they were intending selling out completely here - as part of the global sector exit plan - there may still be ongoing selling pressure from them too for a while yet here ?

I would have liked Peter Levine to comment on whether they have sold out completely or not now.. some might say the fact he didn't mention them means they are fully out already now .. 'maybe, maybe not' is my answer to that.. as for eg as they are now under 3% PL does not deem it necessary to try finding out their exact 'current' status here anymore

Fair play for communicating - well - the situation Mr Levine.

Plenty here had kinda deduced this and communicated it in their own ways on this BB already, in fairness.. but it's nice to have confirmation too.

And I feel this could potentially be a further bad again situation for a fair while yet, alas. ( and if there was a market correction in Nov for eg on top - per my last post - this s/p could, sadly, go plenty lower again that 1.25p for eg.. but, one way or other, it might not either, of course.. and hopefully doesn't)

One solution could be for whoever offered to off market block buy out IFC's remaining holding to just buy ongoing meaningful size in the open market instead ( but my guess is they're hoping to 'optimise' their overall average purchase price by whatever tactics they deem appropriate.. eg's eventually getting IFC to off market block sell some to them and/or only start an open market exercise when the s/p is close to as low as they feel it could otherwise go )

Also my guess is IFC are at least fine with causing as much s/p damage as possible on their way out the door...and, at most, proactively trying to cause as much s/p damage as possible on their way out the door.....whatever the extra cost of that to them is (they're probably losing so much anyway in this exit exercise that another bunch on top is pretty academic.. and there may easily be an underlying serious unhappiness on IFC's part with something(s) that occurred during their journey here)
