Good to see this rally.. but it has been meullered for such a long time now. that on the grander scheme of things this rally is not a meaningful one, yet....

Generally, for me this is more a buy and hold than for trading.. still, given its trickiness, i'll categorise maybe a third of my holding as trading and the rest as buy and hold.. and this will remain a small / medium bet for me versus my key AIM p/f bets, and unless and until Vrs.l starts delivering some bottom meaningful contracts, that won't change; they've been awfully long in the testing /piloting phase across sundry industries now, and need to get on with proper revenue generation asap.. or else raising and /or another Lanstead type arrangement will have to be back on their agenda...

All IMHO and Do your own reseach .. and make sure you do a better job of it than I did :-) ( still, one way or other, I'm currently back in overall profit here, at least and thankfully)

ps i'm guessing they can sell as many shares as they want whenever they want ? .. so when you say ''as all they have to do is sell the same number of shares each and every month to cover the payment''.. I'm wondering is there's not potentially much gamesmanship in play here by Lanstead, beyond the straighforward way they 'make their money' that you've kindly outlined.... But I'm not going to think any further about this as this is a low priority share in my p/f .. and the opportunity I thought I saw is, I now understand, is potentially plenty more complicated than i first thought..... Apols again for my lack of research and simplistic perspective(s) off the back.....

thanks for feedback fatherelmer.. I wasn't even aware of the share agreement until this afternoon .. and then I spent 10 mins reading that RNS and processing only.. so apols to all here for a sundry oversights/misunderstandings on my part..

ps I only looked into this 'sharing agreement' RNS- Dec 2020 - after it was mentioned by jchaplin and the Italian in their posts just now'. ish.

the more Lanstead have sold down their holding and brought the share price down in the process the smaller their monthly payments under the sharing agreement have been over the last 18 months.. they've clearly fired a huge amount of their bullets already to this end... and while they might have held a little back still to try help their remaining two monthly payments be as low as possible, it would be a little only - as only 2 out of 18 now left - so I'd guess maybe they could have max. somewhere between say half and one per cent of the companies shares left to sell.... or they may have less than that .. or they may have none left either now, I hope.. but, whatever, their holding would now be pretty trivial on the scheme of things....especially if decent volume is a more regular thing here in the coming weeks/months, towards a recovery in this s/p now that Lanstead are either done or all but done (in their screw'ng vrs.l game ?)

Holding RNS was notified on 25th with effective date of 21st .. and where there have been plenty of low volume days - sub 300k vol for eg - in the last month granted there have also been a fair few 750k plus volume days too .. and a few million plus volume days too - per my posts here thru part of May I've tracked this somewhat, but not thoroughly granted - so with 20 plus market open days and at average volume of getting up for - very approx - 500k ish shares per day that's 10m ish vol.. so it's certainly possible they're fully out now imho.. not least including this ticked up in past few days as well as today.... but I'm a good ways from sure they're fully out granted..still, maybe/hopefully they are..

...if they are then a large rebound could happen readily here..

They absolutely slaughterted this s/p in selling down from 12 % ish holding to hopefully zero now.. look at the share price chart here over last year ish for eg...

As they already notified over a month ago that they were down to under 3%, I dont think they're obliged to say when fully out .. but My GUESS is they are fully out now..

hopefully we're now pushing against an open door here.. and here's to a strong rally now !!!!

...is partly down to a challenging macro environment/ markets generally, no doubt.. and partly down to no good news here recently.. without good micro news such stocks are generally prone to drifting down, alas... (I'm not looking to challenge einstein with this observation, granted :-))

Very please African assets step up to the expected revenue plate in coming months here... we've certainly served our waiting time on these for this.. and anyone prone to moan more around now re 'slowness' on - good - Bushranger progress RNS's, should give some thought to what longtermers who were involved for the African assets only years here have been through before offering too much annoyance re bushranger in the weeks/months - hopefully not years - to come imho

Generally, a strong constitutuion and patience are key ingredients in playing AIM well.. and good luck on your side absolutely is too :-)

(it's a pity that those didn't sell into stickier hands generally though.. when this bounced back to 30p ish soon after JWH was finished his dump here, i thought/hoped they might have had.. but AIM is mostly a traders market these days imho..)

Alternatively, it seems to me that the vast majority of posters here post overly optimistically AM90, for kinda ever here, so far.. and I have a galaxy of evidence to support that.. and, all importantly, the s/p has so far spoken for itself for kinda ever here too.. including when ALL posters here - including me - were dreaming the dream / clapping the clap, only, for years..

So me - and a few others too, in fairness - providing balance on this board in more recent times is entirely merited imho.. But great/easy if all the happy clappers here just filter me out.

while I'm hoping for a rapid breakout post Lanstead exit, without a good news RNS.. nothing is for near sure in this game of course, so you could easily be right and me wrong... but early to mid 20's p without news here soon would be an ok start back, at least..

And the bottom could indeed be already in here, hopefully (ie the just under 15p of mid ish May ) .. especially with good start today too.. but, out of an abundance of caution, I'll hold judgement on that til this gets back to 19-20p ish still.

( my concern that they may just dump the last half or one per cent in a hurry as it would have tiny effect on their overall average price achieved whatever, but could take say 2p or more off s/p, briefly.. and so I could have done my final top ups in say 14p or 16p ish range instead of 17p to 19p ish range.. may well be a red herring .. and even if it wasn't, not big thing on the scheme of things here anyways)

And we still don't know how many of 16.26 remaining warrants will exercise versus expire.. and even if all are exercised there could still, one way or other, be a funding deficit arising later in this upcoming programme.... So, if not july/Aug, a placing could happen later in year or early next IF nothing comes of the startegic review by then etc.. (hopefully something good /great comes of the strat review, of course)

So to say funding is sorted is kinda funny even in my mind ...

Green Dave's is best post today imho.. something was likely to come out ahead of presentation.. and this RNS has plenty of the blah blah about it imho... but great their doing the pres.. as marketing of Lnd to PI's needs much more focus..

over 750k shares will be traded today which is decently helpful towards Lanstead finishing unwinding position here.

(The last time I said give me the rest of week of similar decent volume please I got 4 days of cr*ppy volume immediately thereafter, so best I say nothing like that this time :-) )

I think/hope we're within a couple of weeks of a strong breakout rally here now.. or maybe/hopefully plenty less than that, even ...

I added small today, in spite of trying to hang off adding for a while yet... but still have a few more bullets ready to fire here..... more patience required from me but trying to stay patient can be hard sometimes though...

Generally, if Ascot early drilling indicates' game changer' potential..... and I very much hope it does.. then i'd guess they'd be an extended drilling camapign at Ascot over plenty of months forward.. and I'm fine with that.... and I'd also guess that a sale event would be for Bushranger as a whole

no idea why they decided to sell .. but the decision was taken a long time ago now.. many many months / a year plus even .. and as this doggy is so illiquid it has taken them ages to incrementally gently sell down and they've still slaughthered this s/p in the process...but they've at least cleared down from 12 % approx to under 3% as of approx a month ago.. and I suspect in the last month that they've sold a per cent or two more.. but the trading volume has been mostly awful here in that time and hence ongoing slowness in their selling out, I guess ..

(ie far too many 200k to 400k share trading volume days when I was hoping for - given results were due and Lanstead they were coming towards the end of selling out too - plenty of million plus share trading days, .. so instead of taking a couple of weeks to sell out, as I was hoping, it could be a couple of months even, with one month of that now done at least - (ps: 200k to 300k range shares transacted in a day has equated to very approx 50k gbp type thing.. and that's buys and sells together .. hence why I'm guessing they well have decently more than a per cent still left to sell, alas..)
