You do realise CANMAX do not have to anything or provide financial assistance whatsoever. IMO they are waiting to take Zulu on the cheap and bring in their own contractors to get the job done. Why do anything when you can have it for peanuts

I’ve been thinking of invested in prem or kod for some time. Prem just makes my head spin and with all the delays and continuous problems I don’t really want to invest there.

I don’t know much about Kodal, however I have a few questions I hope someone can answer.

- is the mining license transfer going to be an issue and will this be sorted. and if so when?

- Is construction to be completed in October and therefore optimisation will begin from there (do we expect a rerate in the SP ahead of this)

- I noticed the SP has increased significantly from where it was say a month ago. If I invest now am I likely to be significantly underwater if the SP goes back to that level.

Are you silly of course the reasoning has to do with the outcome. If it turn out they are not completely at fault or they were not due to be paid on time them prem too will have a legal battle on their hands

I agree and what if the reason PREM asked STARK to leave was because they refused to work anymore. This could be due to not being paid or they’ve reached that point where they have down everything contractually possible. All I would say is don’t be very quick to believe GR made stark leave because they were incompetent, if you read between the lines it may be due to various reasons.

Also if the plant is to run 24/7 who will be paying for the diesel and the mining costs to go with it
