Anyone who is thinking of buying out the company will be taking a gamble on whether SFB will be successful or not. How many would do that though?

Those code RNS's don't show any significant buyers at all. Virtually all of them are people who sold some shares.

Someone who manages to get over 30% of the shares could offer only 1.5p since that was the highest it's been in the last 12 months.

Looks like pi's are the only ones buying and the placees offloading in the background. I would not be surprised if this 'For sale' RNS was just a ploy to let their mates out before the some bad news comes. If SFB does not produce any decent volumes then it's gonna be a ****storm.

Was hoping for a 2 day rise but it looks like the pump only worked for one day. Keep some powder dry for the inevitable retrace imo.

Do you think ANGS can just offload a dead company to someone without due diligence being done? I expect any potential buyer to check out every aspects of the company before stumping up the cash.
Today's RNS is more likely an attempt to attract more buyers to cause a bidding war since the BoD say the company is undervalued at the current MCAP.
Whoever is interested will probably be forced to pay a premium if they haven't already started buying up shares at this low price.

It doesn't matter if some jump out. I was expecting the sp to rise above 1.5p as SFB comes into production but today's RNS is just an additional driver. This should be north of 2p over the next few weeks.

This looks like it wants to break past 1.1p today. The news is pretty big if you read between the lines. there is no smoe without fire.

Can get a quote to sell 3m+ in one go. Demand is increasing. Some have jumped out too early imo.
A company does not put out a for sale RNS without having any prospective buyers in line. The RNS is designed to allow more buyers a chance to partake in a bid.

I suspect any potential buyers for the whole company will have to show their cards very soon otherwise the price they pay could be much higher once SFB begins production.

The company is worth at least 4x the current sp so expecting some serious fireworksm especially if there is real interest from buyers.

It will allow the company to build up a cash reserve before they have to pay the loan. That's a better position than to be constantly in debt during early production.

Possibly some big buying going through hence the NT when trying to buy. Maybe the BoD have finally decided to buy.

They are raising as much as they can before the drill result. Why on earth do that kind of dilution if they were confident of striking oil.

People who are invested here know it is derisked after the last RNS so do you really think it will fall in price due to your nonsense posts?? I can only see it rise as the SFB site activity increases over the next few weeks and months.

Excellent news. Fully desrisked now. investors will take positions now without worry.

If the sp had dived then it would be classed as dead but for now everyone is waiting for the news. No one expecting anything bad otherwise sells would have destroyed this.

I may not be the sharpest but at least im not a tool.
