The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
The acquisition of the remainder of SFB means the company is confident that they will make all the money back pretty quickly. We are literally a week away from first gas and a steady stream of income. This is way undervalued at current sp.
Lol, do you even know what those testing phases are for? Dry testing and wet commisioning is to make sure pipes are sealed properly. That's gonna take a month on its own. After that they will open the well to see if there is any gas. Plenty of time for fun and games. Lets hope pipes don't leak in the early phases.
I was under the impression that 1st gas was in April judging by what the rampers were posting here hence why I said it's been delayed by 2 months. If it was planeed for May then it's my mistake. It makes it 1 month delay instead.
All I can say is the sp will be a rollercoaster until June since it's only first week of April right now.
Yanis, what is the truth according to you?
I am merely predicting what will happen based on the RNS. They say 1st gas in June but quite a few beleive it will be earlier for some reason. Please provide some evidence.
With no buyers left to takeover, the company will have to raise some cash before they start making money from selling gas. I am expecting a placing pretty soon.
' George Lucan, CEO, commented: "Our Competent Persons Report of October 2021 gave a P90 valuation of £24 million (P50 of £34 million) to our interest in Saltfleetby, since which time confidence in our ability to achieve First Gas in June has risen, and the wider market has reflected this in our own share price. '
It clearly says 1st gas in June in the RNS. Not sure who to believe..you or GL ...
I'm assuming first gas means when they get some gas out of the ground.
Mate I sold out altogether above 1.36p. Made some decent profit. Perhaps you should realize that trading is the game here and holders usually lose out.
I knew something was up when SOU sp started rising suddenly. The question must be asked now. Why did no one else make an offer??
This is heading down further imo. The goalpost has shifted in the latest RNS by another couple of months which is beyond a joke.
It's so predictable that a placing is coming in the next week or two. Pretty much says it all when all the potential buyers failed to make any offer after due diligence.
Sub 1.0p coming....
If there was such a takeover, the sp would be far higher than what it is now. This is obviously a weak attempt to pump the price so this guy can get out. If SOU offers no bid by Friday then watch sp test 1.1p or less.
With the AGM resolution giving them permission issue 1B shares I reckon we will see some of that raised in the next week or two. Last time they got approval to issue equity on the 13th Jan 2022, there was a placing to raise £1.4m on the 3rd Feb 2022.
