Tidswell seems to have disappeared up his own backside. No tweets since the placing debacle. Where is the new policy of 'keeping investors informed' gone? Plugging the water zone isn't rocket science he said but it looks like getting the oil out is beyond their expertise.

The gas project can be a winner if they can start producing without much cost. The drive to move away from oil is going to have an impact on all oil companies but gas will only increase in price in the next 10 years.

Looks like the recent interviews didn't have the desired effect. There is no chance of the OO being successful and no shortage of sellers even at this all time low price. Downplaying Brockham was not the best strategy.

Doesn't matter how long it takes for rigging up. The moment there is equipment movement the sp will react. Most people are cautious in case they announce abandonment of Brockham hence the current sp.

The interview was pretty good and Lucan seemed excited about the new asset purchase. The gas asset will double the current MCAP and start generating cash once online. The good news at Brockham is that the water has been isolated and now they are planning the next stage of how to get the oil flowing properly. Sp will start moving once we get signs of test equipment coming in.

Yet no movement upwards. The mm's are simply not wanting to move this up or there is some seller in the background. Does not make sense for sp to languish at sub 4p when a flow test is imminent.

Surely no one who is selling is making any profit. The RNS could have been a bit clearer but now with the update tweet it looks like a good chance of being successful. The water has been isolated. The nexct step is to test if it flows and we already know that it flowed but the water pressure was higher than the oil pressure thus restricting flow.

It's a no branier this will flow.

They appear to be on schedule which is a good sign. Any real problems and I think the rig may have stayed for longer to try and rectify them. I doubt they would have given up trying to isolate the water this quickly if there were issues.

Well some of these guys pretending to be experts are talking out of their backsides by the looks of it. Whatever's happening today is manipulation to let someone in. There's even a twitter video of a BKP oil tanker with 1267 Hazard plates (crude oil) leaving Brockham yet no sp reaction.

one problem with your theory gmed. The mm's would be making a loss right now if they had stockpiled over the last 2 weeks to sell now. please explain that.

If placees were selling a huge amount there is no way I would be able to get a live quote to sell 500K+ shares in one go.

some serious games being played here. If some large sell was going through then there is no way you could sell at near enough the ask price. It's either some big order being filled or mm's building up a stockpile before the jump up.

There is no hope for the sp if tons of buys still take it down 2%. AIM is really a joke these days.

Who would be selling at 4p? The sp is not moving up even after so many buys so not sure what is going on. Absolutely none of the recent placing shares are below 4p so only stressed pi's I guess.

I guess the company will not be able to raise any OO cash next week since the sp is not wanting to budge from 4p.
