Only the long term success of this company will determine ahi is right and who is not. It can’t be judged by all just now and those who doubt what the company is guiding are entitled to think they’re being lied to. I believe they are in the minority and perhaps they are the ones reading the situation correctly.

Everyone saying they abstained from voting BT out and then continuing to complain has no credibility.

And either way, the vote was 90% against.

HH with respect, don’t forget you are in the 10% minority in your view and it’s quite possible even that figure is an overstatement given the TH campaign and votes counted.

Slightly immature approach to investing though HH if you are indeed still invested. If BT runs a presentation outlining that we have secured the first of many commercial orders wouldn’t you want to hear that or rely on the press release to be true to yourself ?

HH I think the fact you thought nothing untoward would happen speaks volumes. The fact you think something untoward has happened in the equity you happen to be invested in is also telling. I dont doubt that there are many disillusioned with proceedings but they account to approximately 10% only and I suspect because of their ire are more motivated than those with apathetic views. Either way it doesn’t change the fact you speak for a minority and I suspect that won’t change even if an announcement on material validation remains outstanding. Recent events are likely to have derailed this process somewhat - just another thing we can thank TH for.

HH I disagree. Yes the settlement underwhelmed. Yes BT has been put under notice by TH but the outcome of the vote was unequivocally against the requisitions namely the removal of BT.

If the majority of investors were wanting his removal as you claim they’d have voted for it in higher numbers than 10%. It doesn’t matter that the nominees were rejected because the company would have been required to find a replacement for BT regardless because he was so useless and untrustworthy that he simply had to go.

But that’s not what happened.

Pretending your views represent the majority just ain’t true I’m afraid.

BT will not be ousted in 4-5 months. This is a view of the same minority of disgruntled investors as last week.

3. Validation of both materials I’d add LWM

They have capacity as it is. If orders exceeds that capacity we’ll be making sufficient money to increase capacity or license. I’d not be worried about that.

It’s difficult to gauge how quickly a mass market can develop especially with technology. Fact is this generation of SWIR hasn’t been available and still isn’t until the material is validated and then the sensor itself. I expect once the sensors are ready then the various supply chain customers will adopt and the growth will be exponential. It’s just not started yet.

Nanoco made two things clear. 1. For their financial forecast they assume a low volume initial order 2. They don’t actually know the end product and therefore don’t know the order scale.

Ergo they have confidence of ‘an’ order, but not it’s size beyond the small scale assumptions. It could be volume for a mobile. Personally I doubt it just wanted to clarify previous comms in this regard (as I interpret them)
