The unusual gain today for POG. Not the norm, both the dollar and the DOW putting in good performances. So not sure if it is just the ceasefire with regards to trade sanctions that has changed the market sentiment. 90 days now to see the results. Hopefully in our favour. Good luck

I think the POG will be a good leverage, and follow that resource more than anything else. The global movements with regards to gold and the whys and wherefores are to me at least fascinating. If nothing else I understand world economics more than I ever did.

Yes agree, show the short term pain to ensure the long term picture looks better sooner rather than later. Hopefully Q2 figures will look peachy and then just keep churning it out. establish the second bore mill, and hopefully learn a valuable lesson from the bridge issue and once the new bridge is complete, where possible ensure the old bridge is repaired to a suitable standard so as to be a viable reserve in case of future unforeseen circumstances.

I am fine thanks Tom, I have a new bike(Triumph Explore) and have migrated to Gin from the Whisky. Maybe that's why I am rubbish at figures. lol. Thanks for explaining your rationale, I think I was up to speed, but suspect it was not for me.
Suffice to say, I am invested in four companies, none of which are doing well, but all of which still have great potential. The markets have been strange to say the least because I suspect of global issues rather than their performances as a whole. I see no reason to leave any of them, I have just extended my length of time I need to stay invested before I hopefully see the returns I envisage. My overall rider being don't risk what you can't afford.

Whilst I am not happy with the bridge/pit wall issues, you have to accept the reality that these last weeks and those up to fix end date are going to be more expensive than normal AISC costs. I am here longer than I anticipated, but the potential is still the same. Not withstanding poor communication to PI's the reasons why I invested are still the same.

Just to add, one of the observations over those many years, was things tend to go wrong because of lack of communication. Inversely preparation and planning, with good comms pays dividends. Agree, this is acceleration funding. Things are moving on a pace and the TDK and Apple revenue streams have opened up the sales potential probably way quicker than AK could have dreamed of, so he is taking full advantage to keep the momentum going. This imo opinion is very positive news. I couldn't give a fig what the SP does on a daily basis. This is a buy and hold and strap yourself in.

I offered up a solution for the bridge issue and had a reply back that they have a solution already and it is in hand. No time frame or indication what it is. So I enforced the point that I am sure other investors would like to know the time frame and the solution, but no reply to those points.

Steady on Colonel. Not a fan of BH myself, but without Dan Betts you wouldn't have a junior gold mine built on time and on budget and hitting all targets producing gold. Also don't forget down to Dan, we have a 34% in CORA. Another cracking company releasing more good news this morning. I except there should be checks in place for investing, but a tiny amount in the scheme of things and nothing to say yet we won't at least have our loan repaid..

Yes TBTT, feeling like the runt of the gold miners litter at the moment. POG back up. Markets looking for safe hedge and HUM need to pick up the investors on the move. No better place imo. Just need the market to catch on.

Welcome Sully, all relative mate. One persons small is another persons large. Doesn't matter, your a holder and that's what counts. IMO a great story and we will prosper. Just not been an easy ride last 12 months. Look at all the stocks though. Nothing doing that well at the minute.
