Great timing as POG has broken through $1900 overnight and with the seasonal trend should continue to climb back towards $2000 in the coming weeks.

Nope, there is still a disconnect at the moment with the POG and miners. This has not changed even when POG was over $2000. IMO it's because companies have been overinflated and investors have flocked to them, because no matter what the situation, they have been artificially propped up. Where as gold has had no such support. There will come a Reckoning very soon and we are in the right place to benefit. Bwtfdik.

I have a share option in a company, and it's a win win for the employee. I save every month a specified amount for a three year period. At the beginning of the three years you are told at what price the shares are offered at. After 3 years depending on where the so is you can just get all your money back if the so is lower. Or if it is higher, then you buy them at the option price and sell them at the market value. So you can't lose.
As you say it incentives the workers to do well in the company.

Not sure how the whole drill results bit work but I do know 44 grammes is an awful lot of gold in one of the results along with other high contents.

Makes sense to sort an agreement out if you are in Maxwell's shoes.
If they go to court they stand to lose and have to pay substantial costs.
Where as with a deal they can use the publicity to their advantage.
