The Company will need to demonstrate, to achieve a signed off audit for 2024/25, that it has the financial resources to go forward as a Going Concern.

So you are voting NO knowing the PLC will never return.

You have already written off your investment so voting no and sinking the plc is your revenge plan.

PPP plc cannot come out of suspension without confirmation of assets valued at £30m, RMD will provide this to Auditors.

RMD are the only players showing any interest in PPP plc.

There no other parties who have declared any intentions of supporting PPP plc so it can resume trading.

On that basis, you vote YES and get the company back, you vote NO and there's nothing for anyone.

I can only assume that NO voters have completely written off there "investment" in PPP plc and now want revenge for their losses by sinking the business.

I just wish they would be honest for once and tell it as it is.
