Clearly yes voters came out in force this time. Many probably didn't vote at all last time but made damm sure they voted this time

There were more votes cast overall for the GM compared to the AGM vote. No vote was poor.

If tgm had behaved better it could have gone their way. But they spread lies and abuse and that cost them.

Well I am very happy with today's outcome.

So pleased that the TGM failed in their never ending NO campaign which could have finished the plc off forever leaving all with nothing, zero.

They can whine on as much as they like now about dilution etc etc not trusting the BoD....I just do not care about their needs/concerns, in exactly the same way that they do not care about my needs or other genuine shareholders here who have welcomed RMD on board and who support Richard and the whole BoD. Wishing me losses was the last straw, you know who you are so do not engage with me.

TGM will still be busy little bees writing letters to FCA complaining about this and that re PPP plc.

There will still be the next AGM to navigate too when Directors would be up for re-election etc, assuming the accounts can be issued next.

Fwiw I think this puts the TGM back in their box now.

They will try to spin their narrative a different way now and ramp up the scare tactics but they have blown their chances of getting what they wanted now.
