Well I have fired the old sinclair c5 into action to process the numbers and came up with:

He is trying to emphasise the strategic nature of this business and the fact it will be a high growth company and sector going forwards.

Yes the No of shares will increase but as he says this will be to drive growth even faster and harder. Each tranche is expected to go at higher prices as they proceed.
