The Company has previously announced positions in relation to a potential acquisition of an Electronic Money Institution licence in the UK, along with its application for a full banking licence in the Qatar Financial Centre.

It is the Board's plan to raise a total of US$10,000,000 (including the Subscriptions) as part of this fundraising on the same terms as the Subscriptions and is in advanced discussion with other strategic investors (the "Funding Round")

The total value of investments into fintech companies worldwide increased dramatically between 2010 and 2019, when it reached 215.4 billion U.S. dollars. In 2020, however, fintech companies saw investments drop by more than one third, reaching a value of 121.5 billion U.S. dollars. The Americas were the region attracting the most investments in the sector, accounting for nearly 80 percent of the total.

Bloomberg are talking to Guillaume Pousaz, the CEO for a fintech company (Checkout.com). Just been valued at £29B!!! It is now the top private fintech company in UK. Just goes to show the potential, although it won’t happen overnight and there’s a chance it could be taken over if it really does take off in the future.

The US numbers mentioned by Gerry were 100% related to ADDITIONAL TESTING CAPACITY in another company's labs, that would be in addition to the 20k per month test capacity that DVRG already has in it's own US Labs. Not Kit Sales.
