I have said as much to Gerry for months, every request has fallen on deaf ears, yes very frustrating as I am sure there would investors out there happy to take any shares Helium or others want to sell in one block rather than via daily sells. Gerry said he would be happy to connect any large sellers wo wanted to sell with buyers but it's never happened so I can only assume that Helium and others have refused to entertain any such offers from Gerry.

Well we are all on the same page here. I did the same thing over at TNT last year and followed the money at 50p, the rest as they say is history. Just gotta be patient now with MSYS and just let things pan out.

Your are a funny one, how long haver you been a holder here now with nothing but criticism of all things DVRG related and yet you stubbornly refuse to move on and just complain and whine on PBB, have you done this on any other shares or did you go all in here?

Surely the whole point of water monitoring is to be a permanent way of checking for any future outbreaks of COVID and to monitor for other pathogens and also to monitor water quality both for rivers and the supply of fresh water long term regardless of govt decisions re covid testing for individuals etc. On that basis Microtox PD is and will not be affected by any "living with Covid policies".

Wouldn't surprise me if if it gets printed as a sell too.

I am just following the money as they say, if it's good enough for Nigel then it's good enough for me too. No doubt Helium will dump a large trade into my buy soon enough but it will mean a few less left for them to sell down if nothing else.

Just to confirm LTBs answer, yes he has exercised warrants and paid MSYS directly £200,000 in the process, cash straight to the company. He could have chosen not to exercise his warrants and just left them to expire at zero cost to him. Not only has he bought shares he has provided a use cash injection to the company at the same time. All very positive IMO. As for the negative, well Helium have screwed the share price down to levels where PIs can now pretty buy at the same massively discounted price given to placees when the company raised cash in major hurry to stop i going bust. If you follow the logic that MSYS is now a very different business to what it was a year or two ago and follow the directors taking shares instead of cash then buying these shares at current prices offers amazing value with an MCAP at an incredibly low £6m for a very fast growing turnaround business with excellent products and commercial ties to DVRG and a global sales channel. All IMO and WTFDIK anyway. No Financial advice intended.

Crazy spread shares being sold at 0.10 and bought at 0.12

.10 on the bid now being sold into, looks like today's news has not had any effect on Helium's selling (not surprising really). Only question now is how low they could go before any good news comes? If I am reading comments correctly people don't think a bid from DVRG is likely or even allowable short term following the conversion of warrants. Could be even better buying opportunities coming then...

Patience Chris, have to wait for the market to fully digest that PaulCon IV has sold out of DVRG recently, he has declared that he is no longer holding any individual shares and betting on the AIM market but then went on to say to he sold DVRG to buy MSYS stock, market has clearly not realised that PaulCon IV is now a major MSYS investor.
