Newlands have been selling their CPX shares through 2023 and reduced their interest by some 45%. Its all there in the public domain fwiw.

Guys I am seeing nearly all my posts removed by admin, obviously I work who is doing it and very obviously how they are doing it not worth my time sharing info and views here if that continues as I am genuinely invested here and only posting real data and views on what I find.

Lift Off postponed today after a very encouraging start, the inevitable sells showed up just as they always have for the last few months. The potential good news on that front is that I suspect the well known duo who last declared their holding to have reduced significantly in November may have placed the rest of their holdings with their broker to dispose of in an "orderly fashion" ie in small daily tranches which you can see clear as day when paired sells pop up at least once a day, sometimes twice a day. I would estimate they are much closer to the end than the beginning now and could be all out any day soon which would be great timing for results.

Also worth pointing out that it was PM who was the creditor for that December loan facility, hence they have been selling down for fees etc.

Now the situation has changed they have cancelled the arrangement.

Hence the lack of SP progress today.

I've been posting a lot to this board over the last 3 years, unfortunately under threads that have been removed.

Also, I would not see the loan cancellation as a good thing as it indicates that they cannot justify further expenditure this year on legals and marketing etc.

Expect an RNS on the Sandbox failure shortly.

Big News but not good news I'm afraid. Seems the Sandbox application has been rejected for re-submission later. Failed on relevent UK presence and security infrastructure / compliance.

Hopefully reapply late 2023

You would like to think that with the increased pipeline that potential orders would be more smoothed out over time across a broader client base so that it's bigger and more regular than the feast or famine seen previously?

Some further clarification on this statement would be helpful, bearing in mind previous annual revenues topped out at @£800k....looking to deliver best ever revenues.....hopefully well in excess of £800k then from "Core Business and Merging Biostatistic Consultancy Offering"

I think pyc did well to bring him on board when they did. Just the right calibre to turn the company around and quickly too.

I agree with Laura that today's announcement was flagged back in September quite clearly. Today's reaction was to put it mildly bloody ridiculous and unwarranted 100%

rather than digging others out, please tell us why there are always sellers here no matter what. Did they all buy in blind here without research? Fixating on the price as you keep saying is normal because there is FA all to talk about that hasn't been discussed to death here a thousand times already.

Likely to finish below the 200dma, which is bearish unfortunately. Unless there's a last minute rush to buy. Feel the mm's have engineered this to some degree, although the 250k seller hasn't helped.
