So placing should cover them for @6 months from October 2023.

Losses of £1.5m for 6 months in last report, had £750k in the bank + £2m raised via placing end Oct 2023 (before associated expenses). When will the next placing be arranged and at what price?

What is the cash in the bank today?

Why is this trading at these low prices?

Why has this dropped so far from previous highs?

Fwiw people were buying up to 2p in December on a successful court case verdict. If CPX are appealing they must be pretty certain of success this time as it would a single judge with IP experience to rule on any appeal. All IMO and please DYOR for anyone reading this .

If a broker has been given a line of stock to sell by a client they will simply sell x amount each day regardless of the price. No one is keeping the price down other than the broker closing out sells daily for their client. That's my view fwiw

You don't get a major player like Astute to sign up without having really good products, they have their reputation to consider after all. So that's yet another major distributor signed up by Lars in November 2023. He deserves real credit for his excellent work turning the CPX ship around but instead some prefer to attack him for something he really had no influence over or responsibility for in the first place.

We should be grateful he is CEO of CAP-XX.
