All subject to how many shares get bid at the higher prices, if all bids for the 8 million shares are above 9p then they will be filled at the lowest price successfully bid.
eg
2m at 15p
2m at 14p
1m at 13p
1m at 12p
1m at 12p
1m at 12p
Then the final price would 12p across the board and shares allocated on a pro-rata basis
You could not be more wrong about Kong (again). You resort to childish insults and lies about him, bet you wouldn't dare say it his face, I know I wouldn't.
But your opinions have as much use as a chocolate teapot.....and you forget that in a Dutch Auction it's lowest accept bid price that gets applied to all successful bids with share allocations then given on pro-rata basis.
In theory we could see 7.5m bid at 15p but the last 500k could be at 9p and then all shares priced at the lowest price.
It's what I would do if I was a big holder looking to take all the shares
