Issued two misleading RNS updates re GV being active on the ground in Texas when he knew full well GV couldn't do a thing due to the challenges on the leases which had been mothballed since March 2024.

Can the telegramers answer this with FACTS as to why?

The transaction announced in July 2024 with Globalvision has yet to be completed due to a number of issues arising in Texas. The issues range from:

1 Lease ownership challenges

2 Unpaid historic royalty payments and

3 Local creditor claims.

Evans owned all of the above and yet he never once gave any guidance to shareholders???

We all have arguments from time to time, it's just nature of things if others have differing views so we move on and act like grown ups.

Kong and I have flagged issues re BOPD and none being done since March.

We also highlighted GV deal was paper deal only until they got thing moving on the ground which they clearly could not do as the leases were not considered valid by 3rd parties due to unpaid debts, yet another issue Evans hid from shareholders.

100% right. Lunn is doing all he can to clean up the financial mess Evans left but all they can do is attack is the one person trying to get this back trading for everyone.
