It may surprise you to learn that auditors only audit information presented to them by a plc. They do not request details of bank accounts or any transactions in any bank accounts. I learned that the hard way years ago when a plc turned out to be a complete fraud with fake data fed to the auditor who signed them off every time until creditors took action to get loans repaid that were in default .

Fwiw I do have some respect for TS as he does at least have the decency to explain his rationale here . One of a select group of one that can actually discuss the issues here unlike the gang of anti lunn posters who contribute nothing in terms of genuine discussion

What assets do you mean? PPP has no assets that they actually own.

So that's a lot of data but doesn't deal with monies or shares owed by PPP. No one owes PPP a single penny, it's all debts owed by PPP

Doesn't matter what the facts say here about the past, present or the future, the No Voters remain firm in their views as is their right.

Not too sure it really matters in the end anyway as they won't have enough of a % to vote down any proposals at the AGM.

Bring on the Accounts, get GEM to back the business with their new money and then complete a successful AGM with ALL resolutions passed and PPP plc back trading again.

Yes the company lent xx shares to PPP (lent being the operative word here). ie PPP borrowed the shares, now they are legally and contractually due to be returned, in fact they are 7 months over due the agreed date signed off by Evans.

Gem 40m shares to be issued as warrants at 4p exercisable for up to 5 years

Min 62m shares to cover pledged shares plus 40m to Gem to address debts . After that it's cost of regaining licences, bringing existing wells back to production and then cost of engaging gj drilling for further development works over time.

Vote YES accept dilution but get the PLC Funded and Trading

Vote NO keep 100% but lose everything
