We (that's all 5 of my multi IDs of course) are not "defending" Lunn, we are being 100% practical.

Only way back to trading is going to be via GEM funding, RM/GV had their chances and did nothing over a whole year now.

Only way to get GEM funding is via dilution to pay back creditors.

It's really not that hard to understand.

If you call EGM it has to have a clear agenda and proposals, TG have failed to provide any such thing. It's a pointless waste of time and money.

So they will Vote NO no matter what, eject Lunn and then be hoping RM steps up and new funds can be found by RM and GEM will simply walk away as stated very clearly.

So yet again, what is the point of voting NO if the TG don't have a guarantee from RM he would continue as a Director and have another source of funding to provides funds? No one will answer that because they don't have business plan, just a witch hunt to oust Lunn because they don't like him or trust him.

They had to wade through some 30,000 documents to get the final picture, no wonder it took so long to provide a detailed RNS.

RNS was clear and correct and IMO honest. If you think it was poor please give your evidence.

The usual tactic of attacking the poster continues with the usual one liners designed to trigger you, me and others.

They know the reality here but the narrative just does not fit with their desire to keep 100% of nothing rather than accept dilution for a company with no money to get back with. Without GEM funds there is noy way back and GEM have set their conditions out very clearly. Refusing to acknowledge that shows a level of hate towards Lunn is blinding some here.

If RM had shown any signs of being active either for PPP or via GM I might agree but he has been as silent as a church mouse. No proof he would step up if you sack Lunn. Better to get PPP back using GEM money, then Lunn could simply resign. Booting out Lunn now would simply increase the risk of PPP not coming back at all IMO FWIW

As RM and GV, it's clear now why they failed to uphold their deal, they were misled by Evans and Co, don't forget RM is part of the Executive at PPP plc as its CEO so he would have had full sight and no doubt contributed to today's RNS before its release.

At the endo the day, the postings won't stop here so fill your boots I say and post away.

I look forward to seeing anything remotely intelligent or useful mentioned but I doubt it will actually happen, just lots and lots and lots of hateful comments etc.
