But another post, the top two also said Sunday Roast talked of hyperscalers and context is "almost certainly" Google. I am not tech savvy so go over and see what it is about. 15.9.25

For discussion: Remember GREATLAND'S HAVIERON hit water as well and can be use for operations as there is no reservoir etc out in Paterson. SP Angel Initiation Note said similar to Telfer and Havieron referring to Wishbone Gold's geology at Red Setter, 15km to Telfer Gold Mine with Greatland's Havieron , 45km to Telfer Gold Mine.

I said on this forum that at close to 28p or so, RUN to save investor's capital. BUT NO, I WAS TOLD THAT THE SHARE PRICE WILL GO TO £5 or £10.

Big to do over this to tell me but if one looked at the early stage iron ore projects especially at that time THE IRON ORE PRICE was not that great, one has to make adjustments.

SOLGOLD: Since drilling CASCABEL in Ecuador, there has been a lot of slow progress, not least over natives not liking anything mining wise. But more to the point, the CAPEX into billions was the drawback and the project has been not yet progressed to production. Mather has said it takes 16 years in the early days for any mining project to come to fruition so he did WARN. Yeah, Solgold went to 1p+ MORE THAN ONCE in the years since and heard of REVERSION TO MEAN? On this site, they got a MINING ANALYST, a lady to give a talk to inform that in a MINING DOWNTURN, stocks like juniors LOSE 99% EVEN. Isnt that true? So many co's are no longer around especially after Covid and lack of capital for capex etc.

Anther buy called EYE pops up on this thread which is quiet and hardly anyone posts to take his point forward and TIME HAS PROVED it was right, not eye's ideas.

KIRAN MOZARIA, KDNC relating to the Amapa project, Brazil which DL, Executive Chairman stated on Twitter that he has put REM into good hands with the Amapa project, all I got was .... I do wonder what has got into folks?

Many AIM co especially in iron ore have DISAPPEARED which is diplomatic for went under like BABOA which was in Africa and needing to build a railway and it cost an arm and leg. EVEN SOLGOLD's IRON ORE PROJECT they spun out in Africa to their other co could NOT BE TAKEN FORWARD because it is in the jungle and again, the RAILWAY is the big mega capex including the other infrastructure. EVEN GINA RINEHARTS IRON ORE PROJECT'S CAPEX WAS US$10BILLION then and everyone was stunned as that was the biggest on record in Australia. Again, Asia came in.

So, the litigation has got quite a lot of news but since no one is interested, its best to let it lie. I do wonder what has happened? Mon, 15.9.25.

I noticed that Kiran Mozaria , CEO of Cadence Minerals did an INTERVIEW with:

[1] CRUX INVESTORS [2] CRUX INVESTORS wrote an article and it stated it is "INSTITUTIONAL GRADE" hence why they also cited Guinea iron ore coming online ie the supply universe must always be studied as is norm. [3] Interview with Alan Green to talk specifically about the start of near term cash flow from the AZTECA PLANT. _________Crux Investors states at the bottom of their article they have 45,000 INVESTORS on their platform which means that it will NO longer be just the usual traders etc. But I recall that Crux said that their services are not cheap so it is apt for KDNC to use Crux Investors to reach a wider investor audience. I noticed that Empire Metals with their Australian Titanium project in Australia also used Crux Investors recently.

[2] No one on the main forum is talking about going to the KDNC General Meeting in London at Broadgate , offices of the legal counsel I am NOT sure why because that is usually discussed about MEET UP after etc. Many of these meets have an AFTER informal chat and it can be very insightful. I have a FEW QUESTIONS about the NEXT CAPEX to come for the AMAPA IRON ORE PROJECT which is not as prohibitive given they have the RAILWAY and port etc as Crux Investors stated in the article. My View: I recall the MC ARTHUR CEO flying from CANADA to SYDNEY to go to the MILLIONAIRE FACTORY as they call it via DL. I cannot think one can just walk into MACQUARIES BANK just like that without an INTRODUCTION because the subject matter is to borrow money. I am right in this because the CEO of MC ARTHUR flew to London to meet the TEAM which is the same office as DL then. In fact, no one knew until the McArthur CEO tweeted the PICTURES of him at the offices of CADENCE. What has MacArthur to do with CADENCE given Cadence Minerals only has a SMALL STAKE IN MC ARTHUR under its investment portfolio and therefore WHY WOULD MC ARTHUR CEO HAVE TO TURN TO CADENCE TO GET AN INTRO TO MACQUARIES BANK? AND THE MC ARTHUR CEO THANKED DL as I believe DL arranged for GLENCORE to give the deal to MacArthur for the upfront forward potential supply of iron ore VALUED AT US$4 BILLION FOR 10 YRS [it is still on open file data on Google]. Everyone was shocked at the time as GLENCORE taking iron ore before it can even start and into BILLIONS USD$ was unheard of. WITHOUT CONTACTS, NO ONE HAS HEARD OF SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

SAME WITH TESLA GIVING BACANORA Minerals the long term SUPPLY DEAL for the SONORA LITHIUM PROJECT. I posted on this site via REM PLC from Seeking Alpha who said IT WAS UNHEARD OF ie a tiny co like REM plc 's DL getting a supply deal from TESLA! Seeking Alpha also said with such a SUPPLY DEAL, it would be EASY TO GET CAPEX due to the supply deal with a MEGA co ie now a MAG 7.

By contrast, the capex of some $300m USD for Amapa cannot be fulfilled just from the near term cash flow, I think? It would need again, a SUPPLY DEAL or CONTACTS TO A T

Too much to type up so kindly read and check. News, Sun, 14 Sep 2025 . Fri ALRT share price 1.625p [£34m cap approx]. Spread 1.5-1.7p.

Earlier, 1 poster talked of making pennies on this stock. So, a short discussion would be good to highlight how it works. On Fri, 12 Sep 2025, ALTR closed at 1.625p [mid] with the spread at 1.5p to sell and 1.7p to buy [see top of this page].

From the actual trades shown of Fri, 12.9.25, I see a trade for 2,603 shares BOUGHT paying £42. 95 at 16:26:56 @1.65p. So, BUYING 1,000 SHARES OF ALRT would cost at 1.65 pence =£16.50.!! This does not include commission so very affordable for anyone. So, I PROVE FACTUALLY, TRADING will JUST LOSE MONEY , just on the COMMISSION alone which can cost £11.95 at HL from recall. For penny stocks like ALRT, it makes very little difference buying at 1.7p or 2p because it will cost either £17 or £20. For me, hardly worth all the ...over £3.

TRADING:

I see some VERY LARGE TRADES going through, ==delayed trades== of 3.5 million shares at 1.3p for £ 4 5, 5 0 0 dated 11 Sep 2025 at 9:44:12 [black print].

Then, LOTS OF TRADES OF 2M SHARES which cost £26,000 RANGE. These are usually institutions etc as the normies trades are for 8,599 shares bought for £146.18 dated Fri, 12 Sep 2025 at 16:25. ___ A few even bought 1,000 shares for £17.00 on Fri, 12 Sep 2025 at 16:25:45.___

PROOF:

It is still on this forum which is FREE to check. I somehow cant think that these trades into 2m a time are from any of us here. On some main market shares, there is a BIG BOARD dealing in large numbers. So, who is BUYING AND SELLING 2m and 3m a time with long lines of these , I dont know but I cannot think they POST on these forums. They used to say BIG ROUND NUMBERS are from FUNDS and they buy and sell BLOCKS.

CONCLUSION: I dont think buying 1,000 shares of ALTR for £17.00 on Fri, 12 Sep 2025 at 1.7p is going to make anyone rich because it helps some trader to make money!!? If one has been a while in the market, YES, the Market Makers will RAISE THE PRICE and LOWER PRICES to draw SELLERS out and increasing buying prices etc. I hope that CLARIFIES. Sun, 14 Sep 2025.

Unfortunately, there are NO CREWS. Just like UK's leading Bitcoin Treasury Co, it was pennies to start with. If one reads or knows about Palantir of the USA, it is a software technology co with a mkt cap of US$406 BN and it works closely with the US govt etc. So, something that is happening now in the UK but only from the defence angle as such from the ALTR [Defence Holdings RNS]. Times of London covered the story of Defence Holdings start up as said and gives a run down of Lord Houghton, Field Marshall, the HIGHEST RANKING IN 300 YRS in BRITISH HISTORY.

Moreover, Defence Holdings is LISTED on the MAIN MKT where there is less of traders in my view. On 8 Sep 2025, the PRESTIGIOUS TIMES OF LONDON reported on this co and the SHARE PRICE WAS STATED TO BE CLOSE TO 2P, Mkt Cap £40m. On Fri, 12 Sep 2025, Defence Holdings closed at 1.625p.

Very few have this stock from the days of the esports co , now used to be a start-up for DEFENCE HOLDINGS. Look at Linkedin and the type of people they are working with eg MOD UK from recall but kindly check.

Defence Holdings's Linkedin gives even more insight which I checked last night. I just found it on Linkedin but giving the Twitter link as its easier of the same post. It shows [1] Where HOLE 1, Red Setter is in Paterson, W.Australia and the depth is marked 777m. This is VERY INSIGHTFUL and helpful as it gives a clue to to how FAR the mineralisation has hit per the WSBN RNS. OPEN the Twitter thread and one poster does ask about the colour geological key as is norm in all modelling [geo]. [2] It shows where the new HOLE 2 is located and how far DOWN the depth goes. THE COLOUR KEY is going to be of interest given Expert Geophysics stated that Wishbone hit their modelled depth targets and found the mineralisation etc where they MODELLED it.

If one read the tweet of DL as he was able to take off from Perth, the CEO of the London listed AIM co wished him a good journey and that he will see and meet him in Perth. DL tweeted earlier as he had ANOTHER licence in Paterson but more a copper licence. So, that is the network context in case folks want to know. DL asked if any CEO was interested on Twitter earlier so apparently, he was contacted as it was on open tweet. Sat, 13.9.25

It is interesting that there is a lot more interest in the Paterson Province, Western Australia due to the buzz of Wishbone Gold's RED SETTER project, a more gold setting like Telfer and Havieron per Expert Geophysics and SP Angel Initiation Note.
