The context: Paddy Gall asked salpetie about the share price drop in Greatland Gold on Hotcopper ASX.
Salpetie*s reply gives the reason why:
1)Sell on news - not something unknown -standard.
2)"Regarding the SP drop of GGP the Sprott sensitivity table may give some clues: Table 2 Havieron ounce potential sensitized to grade and depth extent. The bulk grades in Hole 6-9 are towards the lower end of this with EXPECTATIONS IN THE 5g/t AU E Q would have been disappointed."
I guess that salpetie may have read this forum to be able to say that EXPECTATIONS of 5g/t Au Eq [Equivalent = includes all copper etc credits]. I did read that the expectations 5g/t and BEYOND.
I have been reading all the forums LEADING to the Hole 6-9 results and no where else were people expecting 5g/t Au Eq as that would really be TOP END of Sprott*s sensitivity table 2 as above.
Salpetite [prior to results] modelled forward figures to include a range of 1-6 [much earlier post] vs Sprotts 2-5.
SALPETITE*S - Top line post and 12 pages of pdf on 10 Feb 2019 on Hotcopper ASX entitled: "Greatlands share price."
So, Greatland Gold has drilled Hole 1-9 Havieron, Paterson Province, Western Australia. Share price: 1.865p, Mkt Cap £60.2m, Shares in Issue 3.2b, High 2.53p and Low 0.53p [52 wk] as at Fri, 8 Feb 2019.
What now?
I have gathered all the views: Primorus CEO on GGP, DL/Mead of Artemis on GGP, Sprott note [Salpetite said in one of his notes that it has a lot of DISCLAIMERS], Australian press, GGP*s RNS & Interviews and Salpetite, a Exploration Geologist of 25 years experience [not an Economic Geologist] with a good overview and educational. [Mkt closed period ]
So, now, investors or speculators [forecasters as per Rick Rule] must now CRUNCH all the numbers to make a sense of it.
GGP said they will update on their 2019 plans? They said they doing the WIRELINE? So, soon, we will know how far they intend to drill but from past information, they think mineralisation goes to 1,400m?
