RE: Abal plc - 1 Mar 2019: CEO/CFO gone2 Mar 2019 17:50
Angus Forrest-Ex CEO of IMTK [re-named Abal Group Plc] on 1.3.19 per RNS.
Now, Chairman of Talisman Ventures, London.
Scott Amussen, Founder, Talisman Ventures, Utah, USA.
There is another Founder of Talisman Ventures not from the USA.
Comment:
So, its rather clear only from the Linkedin 2 entries that Talisman Ventures has a USA base and via Angus Forrest, a UK base in London. So, that was how they could co-ordinate the sale of IMTK [AIM listed in the UK] to a US co.
From what I can see, is that Scott Amussen is LIVE Levi and a BOARD MEMBER OF LEVI. Levi was taken private and I read recently that the Levi family wants to do an IPO in the USA via this article: "$2.5 billion blue jeans fortune emerges for Haas family with Levi*s IPO. - Japan Times 14.2.19. So, I am assuming that the name LEVI can only be the Levi family who are billionaires.
That cant be bad. If Mr Amussen telephoned Vin Murria, she might ask, say: "Pardon, Scott Amussen?". Most people these days would be able to type the name up quickly so as not to sound ignoromus and it would have said Board Member LEVI. So, the answer may then be: "Yes to can we meet for a business lunch."
Just a bit of humour there but one can get the drift.
So, little IMTK [loss making and small cap] could get Vin Murria to come in as a strategic major investor must have a logical network answer?
Vin Murria: "Advanced Computer Software agrees to £725 million TAKEOVER by Vista."- Telegraph, 25 Nov 2014
["Advanced Computer was an AIM co and Vista Partners were a US Private Equity group."
At £725m for an AIM co could be considered a successful one [history now].
So, Angus Forrest as a VC for Venture Capital, London could manage to bring in Vin Murria whose co could command nearly 3/4 of a UNICORN [£1b = 1 Unicorn].
So, now we have connected the possible dots to the history of IMTK.
THE FUTURE:
As everyone knows, the PAST is not a GUARANTEE of the future nor does history necessarily repeat in the same way.
Everyone on this forum has said why they are here and it appears to be, all are aware that this is NOT a blue chip and it is an AIM co [see detailed RNS of 1 Mar 2019].
So, everyone has been w a r n e d and no one can say they did not know.
I already said, I only have very little £ invested here, one that I can afford to lose in its entirety [definition of sophisticated investor per FCA definition for AIM co*s].
Having dinner. I do tend to do some due diligence if I have the time.
However, not much further I can go on this. Who knows who will be coming into Abal Group plc?
Do not forget there are RULES to RTO if it happens.
