REM*s RNS which I quoted on this forum of the study they did with their own fund is that the NPV for SONORA LITHIUM LTD [SLL] was $ 2 . 2 BILLION FROM RECALL [with discount]. REM*S JV 30% - BCN 70% [before Feb 2021. After this date, BCN 35% & Ganfeng 35%]

Notice that it is NOT POSSIBLE to have NPV $ 2. 2 BILLION AND CAPEX OR CAPITAL SPEND AT US $ 2 BILLION?

BCN never did their own study as per Seeking Alpha stated.

BCN*S OWN VENTANA [88% of mine feed] - 50% JV with Ganfeng.
The NPV is around US$1 billion approx.
The capex is around US$400m.
So, a bit LESS THAN 1/2 ie capex vs NPV.NPV

It does not appear possible that CAPEX IS AS MUCH AS NPV.

The $2bn now disclosed by BCN to Mexican press is NEW INFO.
Only possibility is NPV is no longer US$2BN per REM RNS.

I have just been able to check on XTR*s Hole 1 : 0. 3 3 Cu EQ which I quoted verbatim that I saw from other poster*s post when the assay results came out.

I have able to just locate the XTR Hole 1 details:
XTR Hole 1: 0. 3 % CU COPPER.
0. 0 2 g/t au gold
1.45 g/t Ag Silver.
= 0 . 3 3 % Cu EQ. [920m from 110m]

So, in short, the CU is still 0 . 3% COPPER vs 0. 3 3 % Cu EQ.
So, a small variance only of equivalent which is NOT statistically significant?
It is NOT as if 0. 3 3 % CU EQ is made up of ONLY, SAY FOR EXAMPLE 0.2% CU COPPER?

From this I could deduce that the gold content is not of statistical significance ie it is 0.1 rather it is 0.064 g/t.

So, it appears to show your assertion is without merit and baseless. I only had ON HAND 0.33% cu EQ from XTR at the time of my original posting and I quoted that. Now that the two other included gold and silver is shown seperately, it has NOT LOWERED THE COPPER IN A SIGNIFICANTLY STATISTICAL WAY ie it is STILL 0. 3 % CU.

In school, if it is 1.5 it is of statistical significance. But if it is 1.03, it is NOT of statistical significance. Why? In school, one is taught that one cannot change 1.03 to 1.1 as 0.3 is not over the half way mark.

Hence, as I said , Core Lithium is looking to buy any adjacent licence near Finnis lithium project.

This is confirmation that a SALE [or potential sale upon final agreement say] would not involve any time to be spent on Litchfield.

The further drilling DEEPER is to intersect the BASE of the Molopo Farms Complex as above. From general information, it is known that the base could or may contain massive sulphides or the walls? This is general theory also.

Pentlandite was present in Voisey Bay - Stirling Bridge*s chart and commented on by Geology Charlie does show pentlandite but please check on the tweet link I gave as there can be errors.

[As for Brand Shield, their mkt cap is £25m and in their latest 7 Apr 2021 & 9 Apr 2021 RNS, there is nothing about Kalahari Key or Molopo Farms etc. So, from initial checks, nothing ie NO RNS about Molopo Farms RNS on 9 Apr 2021 issued by POW. Even Enrima issued a similar RNS also dated 9 Apr 2021.]

Kindly verify for self about POW*s economic interest in Molopo Farms , Boswana by checking the RNS. Always check as there can be errors.

2ND DAY AFTER VOX LIVE Q & A WITH KDNC.

KDNC shares fell further to 25.5-26.5p as showing on the main KDNC forum with a mkt cap of £39m.

PREDICTIONS OF KDNC FORUM FOLKS
£1-£1.50 IMMEDIATE RE-RATING ON SHIPPING OF KDNC AMAPA IRON ORE HAS NOT MATERIALISED.

After the flurry of predictions of KNDC going to £5-£10 also has NOT been CONFIRMED by
Kiran Mozaria, CEO, KDNC in the said VOX Q & A, two days ago. This was put on OPEN TWITTER to KDNC prior to the Q & A in order that the co can respond if they wished.

The only thing that Kiran Mozaria mentioned per others is the VALUE OF AMAPA IS US$600 MILLION and not US$1billion per posters own predictions ETC. Alan Green said that KDNC has taken out a NEW VALUATION ON AMAPA. So, KDNC has played it right and safe ie that only official valuations are of any validity in the market.

As for all the toing and froing on this forum, Mr Mozaria is said to have told shareholders at the Q & A that SHIPPING WILL BE 24 MTHS & RE-COMMISSIONING OF AMAPA WILL ALSO BE 24 MTHS although this is an ambitious target.

I did not registered for the Q & A as the question was put on open twitter.

So, in conclusion, all the going to and fro on this forum has come to an end -KDNC has conducted a formal Q & A for KDNC shareholders. This means that if anyone choses to take any figure other than what has been professional and officially valued will have to take the RISK on their own account.

As for SONORA, KDNC did NOT discuss SONORA Lithium JV with BCN and now by extension Ganfeng who is now a 50% partner with BCN.

BCN appears to have been talking to Mexican press etc. On the BCN forum, the folks there have NOW caught up what I posted earlier ie in 10 YEARS TIME , SONORA WILL SPEND US$10 BILLION plus $400m now etc. However, the BCN folks have not discussed what these FIGURES MEAN.
It is of importance to REM-KDNC as that appears to be in the window of what Kiran Mozaria said about FROM YEAR 8.

The SONORA Lithium project is RANKED NO 1 IN THE WORLD per all the stats coming out.

BCN is aware of what is happening in Mexico and as such the co is releasing FIGURES which they might otherwise not have done so. Why? This is so that there is CLARITY to Mexico what Sonora will entail in terms of $$$ and TECH needed to deliver on the project.

So, this is very USEFUL to know as it gives an idea how much the project is in $$$ terms.

However, no one is prepared to discuss this so one has to leave this subject to one side.

So, all the toing & froing has ended on this forum.

All the Q & A*s have been answered by KDNC or rather NOT answered ie forecasts by folks.

With all the excitement, the share price of KDNC hit some 30p region but has now fallen back in 2 days.

Everyone on this forum has inputted their views ie shareholders of XTR.

So, 10 HRS OF THIS GOING ROUND AND ROUND AND SOME OF US NEED TO GO TO BED IN THE UK. I think you may be Canadian.

It would interest us all ie shareholders as to what is your objective given that answers have been given with references etc. In fact, we shareholders need to get on with our lives as we can be on STAND-BY ANSWERING 10 HRS all your views which is XTR is pah sort of thing?

Mr Colin Bird, Executive Chairman, XTR read the forums as he said in his interview/s as he wants to know what shareholders want or need to know.

So, we have input from the Chairman of XTR and I am sure he consults the technical team of the said Geo*s given that is their line of work ie qualifications and extensive experience at world class co*s like HEAD OF BHP AUSTRALIA-AFRICA on the board and doing the modelling with Mr Menzies, the consultant copper expert.

So, what is your MBO [management by objective]? No one can possibly spend 10 hrs answering as we shareholders would need a team given the Questions go round and round.

DOES THE QUESTION ARISE IE HOW TO MINE IT BY LAYMEN?

Mr Colin Bird, Executive Chairman, XTR is the CEO and is in charge. He was the former Head of Mining at Anglo-America and is a mining engineer. He said so as that is or was his job.

Then, XTR has Jeremy Read, former Head of BHP Australia -Africa. Does a Head of BHP, one of the world*s largest mining co*s NOT know how to contact the right people as that would be part of his remit ie ECONOMIC GEOLOGY?

Then, there is COBETTS MENZIES with Mr Mezies, the copper experts in Lachlan Fold also on the payroll including the PhD Geo.

Does all these TOP RANKING GEO*S WITH EXPERIENCE not know how to run this project together with Mr Bird.

Also, dont forget AA once OWNED RACECOURSE - they reviewed drill results, cores and did XRF on them. AA even drilled Footrot. Before Tooday owned Racecourse, Straits Resources who had revenues of A$932m owned Racecourse and they also did a lot of work on Racecourse. From their accounts etc, Straits said that Racecourse will be a large copper mine.

Surely, all these big co*s like AA know their stuff or else why would have wanted to have a 1ST REFUSAL BUY IN?

Who are laymen at this stage on a forum with NO QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE in mining at Tier 1 mining co*s discussing the board*s work?

That is for the above to discuss this with AA come the time or any other co?

Surely, there is no need for a layman to micro-manage such eminent C.V*S?

Kalahari Key came into the convo as you wanted to buy into the operator of Molopo Farms, Boswana. Now that you are aware it is a private co, that settles matters.

How Paul Johnson is going to extract value is as you say, SPIN out the project as he is doing so for the other projects OR sell it if they can get it to that point. He has mentioned this before ie principle of majors dont like just farm into pure greenfield without some holes in the prospect.

Whatever it may be, Kalahari thankfully for us shareholders at POW gave Paul Johnson the opportunity to farm in for exploration expenditure. Kalahari Key are all Geo*s and usually Geo*s dont tend to want to run co*s ie being CEO*s who have to do day-to-day management.

That appears to be how Paul Johnson got the project etc with AB.

This is history now. It is well understood that whatever the plan Paul Johnson has stated many times, he is out to bring value out of projects.

However, it is obvious that whatever it may be ie major or mid-tier to JV into Molopo Farms, say, it still means that Kalahari Key, a private co has to co-operate with POW. Majors or mid-tier co*s dont like to deal with split ownership. That*s is why for Alpala, they wanted to take out the minority holder via shares.

Same principle here.

All just for convo as there is no decision for Kalahari to make to reverse into an AIM shell etc.
Thank goodness, they didnt do so or else POW would not have got the farm-in.

Typo: It should read UNNECESSARY to discuss block-caving WITHOUT an actual PFS.
With no PFS, its all conjecture given it is only at Hole 6.

Besides, RACECOURSE IS GOING TO BE SOLD - that was the objective from Day 1. So, XTR
will not be around to mine it. That*s from Mr Bird right from inception in Dec 2020 prior to starting drilling. This was Mr Bird*s 1st interview on Bushrangers.
