SQZ's SP fall away was not down to profit takers but Trumps sanctions with Rhum field, Forties and Erskine pipeline closure. Otherwise the sp would of be trading +120p.

Those who sell out will imo have very little chance of getting back in at a lower entry. The clarity of any deal will take a few days to register with PI's, so take profit by all means, but don't expect to come up smelling of roses 🌹

Very low volume today for a large -% move, so MM fishing today imo.

I would go as far to say the reason we are not over 100p is due to the possible BP deal. Which has clearly been worked on for sometime, hence the suppression of the SP for those wanting in at lowest levels before this goes into orbit. (Guess they want a placing)

Hope PW manages a deal without mates rates placing or indeed a placing at all.

There has been no rhyme or reason for the poor performance in my book otherwise.

Interestingly Bonker99 had an initial target of 110p-130p back in July, with an argument for 170p-200p. He also 'likes this a lot from Q4 2018' .... errr, that's next week folks !

TBH, a close anything above 95p on relisting and the majority if not all holders would be extremely happy bunnies.

I guess these will be put into treasury for use on future acquisitions !

That way, just use these rather than issuing more when doing deals, particularly as GLEN's SP is bound to rise so making any purchase using treasury held shares so much more cash efficient.

although I guess a lot of sells are stacked up around the 99p mark, so may need a few attempts to push trough.

SQZ deal was a game changer. SP sat at c30p for months, then out of the blue (aka SDX) dropped the RNS suspension.

On relisting the SP opened at c50p then rose to c90p over the next few weeks. Since then Trumps sanctions on IOC has been a massive drag on the SP, hopefully to be resolved positively very shortly. If so, should see SQZ SP top 120p imo.

So for SDX to match SQZ performance we could be looking at a SP of c240p in a very short period. Clearly this will depend upon numerous factors but given the skeleton outline of the deal I would say we should safely see +95p on re-listing. AIMO

Would like to see a deal to mirror SQZ latest and that would be a mega deal indeed. I see no reason why it can't be !!!

Alternately, could see the deal structured in part shares for BP as payment, similar to a historic deal with SQZ. Very small placing to keep the big boys happy at c60p with a RBL for the rest.

No real volume preceding the RNS, so hopefully a watertight ship will mean any placement will have very little discount , if any.

+30m shares traded over the last 6 sessions, significant increase over previous .... seller has to be out now, just the institutions loading up now imo.
