SDX are so undervalued atm something has to change, if noting else move closer to CoreNAV.

Mcap at 58p = $151m

Core NAV = $236m (90p)

ReNAV = $404m (153p)

Finally, Unrisked NAV = $664m (253p)

SDX should be comfortably trading in the 70-80p range without a doubt atm imo

Yes, no problems with SDX, Q3/Q4 results will show massive growth in revenue as we reduce Capx commitments, our cash balance will be amazing on next set of results.

Looking to break and hold 25p next week, that would be a 5 year high.

To date, that is the only valid reason for the absolutely monumental volume experienced Q4 2017 that scarcely moved the SP. Tax planning no doubt.

Excitement is building, so tomorrow will be a battle for those trying to keep a lid on the SP.

Dear Oh dear WO, I know, I was being facetious.

WO, Wrong, if they had an order to sell ALL their holding, they would then declare at 0%, they elected to notify at 2.89% because that was when their last order fully completed and then declared their position. For whatever reason they still hold. I have seen RNS's in the past that show holding at substantially lower that 2.89% as the 3% threshold was crossed, otherwise all TR-1 would list at 2.99999%. The rules are in place but can be manipulated to suit as you can appreciate, hence 'elected'. Either way, I'm more than happy with the buyin price atm, guess L&G and SL are also.

You are of course correct, possibly just a little wishful thinking on my part. Although they 'elected' to declare at 2.89% !

For me, I'm hoping for a rise, they can sell into that, so long as the SP is moving north again.

Just looked at today's trades, could be still selling given some of the patterns shown, hard to tell.

Question is why the big bounce today? We also opened higher ! Did a short (their short) get closed, looks like a possibility given the TR-1 effective selling stopped 14/08/2018.... nudge nudge, wink wink.

Interesting day tomorrow, either way.

Reassuring that it looks like a single fund selling down and a valid reason for the constant drop. Given they have declared their position one could assume, for the time being at least, they are done selling !!!

With a few more blue days we could easily see the upper 40's very soon, if not more should the Santos deal be looked upon favourably by the market. Wouldn't be surprised to see us at 60p in the next month or so should these funds and others now know the selling has stopped.

Also nice to see Legal & General upping their holding to 5.15% tonight along with Standard Life the other day, big funds that see real value here.

Probably hit their managed stop loss target and sold down accordingly. They probably didn't expect the fall either.

Either way nice bounce today, let's see what tomorrow brings. Another gain would be nice into the weekend and looking forward to getting the Santos deal passed next week.

sims, you have clearly been unable to read the last 10 months RNS.

PW made it clear at the time the cash was to be used for and indeed was, for accelerated drilling and 3D programme.

The cash was also so we didn't put ourselves in a difficult position with running short on funds, as drilling can be minefield.

Also, one of the primary participants of the placing was a long term supporter, MEA Energy Investments Limited. They took their holding to circa 20% with the 43.75p placing. A price after almost 12 months is only a little lower than todays.

So, I have to disagree, PW does care about creating shareholder value, and this will become a $1bn company.
