Offers can usually be made on what ever basis the acquirer wishes.

If they use the 30 / 60 moving average, then after the 10th Feb this falls away significantly for the next few weeks or so.

We are sat at almost an all time low, so any "premium" to the MA could be sold as "attractive".

Taking our time with setting up the schedule of voting. Not sure how long this would normally take ! Would have thought by the end of this week at latest.

Lets see what guff our company give as regards cost saving from de-listing on TSX.

Listing fees on the TSX range from $100,000 to $200,000 a year. Not massive at all imo

nberzins, never blink when trading on AIM ..... it could be all over by the time you open your eyes again.

Ever since the failed reverse t/o the SP has reacted negatively, no matter what news.

That 20% daily jump out of the blue the other month was as if something leaked. SP not really move up or down since .... very strange indeed.

SDX have a very high percentage of retail holders, hence easily manipulated SP

Compare that to Ophir currently subject to a low t/o offer, where there are appox, in my estimate 5-8% retail holders.

SDX Percentage held by Insiders 32.5% ...

They probably had to split across the two due to TSX holding rules in the first instance.

Odds on imo we will have news of more delays bringing SD online, just to ensure the SP is contained for a little longer.

I got caught with my pants down on the drop from the failed reverse takeover back in October. Should have sold.

Saying that anyone buying atm will probably be in the money should this terrible scenario occur.

Should a move take place to acquire SDX it will need to be during this dry spell of news ..... from now until June imo.

Current mcap of just £79m plus say a 20% premium would give a mcap around c£96m / 47p/s, peanuts for a future $1bn company.

SP still firmly in a downtrend atm and not looking to break out anytime soon does not bode well.

SDX could so easily be played to takeout scenario without to much trouble. Ophir is a classic example of a company in the process of being mugged off.

Timing of de-listing from TSX is not co-incidental imo. Less regulation and protection offers up opportunities for others !! Cost saving , my backside, feeble excuse.

Think we will be lucky to get any really decent premium to todays SP.

It's looking that way, SPV, de-listing TSX, delay after delay, over promise and under-deliver, LMS-1 mystery, failed deals and SP collapses for no real news worth reason etc etc.

$1bn company PW promises is true, just not for current PI's imo

SQZ has so much to offer anyone interested in an off-the-shelf, ready packaged NS company that's extremely profitable with amazing growth for very little capex and unbelievable free cashflow for the foreseeable.
