Two Deal Tony !7 Nov 2019 18:01
Working on the assumption SQZ are working on two deals, both of which to be executed in a small time frame, one will most probably require a capital raise. Now I would hope , if needed it's a rights issue (should it be needed.) Now which deal will come first is the question, one that would let the RI to be taken up at current SP less, lets say a 10-15% discount for loyal holders or wait until first deal is done and the SP move much higher and let the institutions take up the open offer. Of course I would hate an accelerated bookbuild at a discount to current SP.
I don't think either would be wanted by current shareholders, so a form of RBL is by far my preferred route. Keep the share issue low as it will be beneficial to current holder as we continue to grow.
I would be astounded if ACW is able to pull two deals off without raising capital, but then again, who thought the BKR deal would have ever materialized in the form it took!
