IMO, current estimate of circa $140m in the bank and looking to add a further $125m this year too.

With no acquisition, we could easily end the year with >$265m CoH (approx $1/per share)...... certainly room for maiden dividend at some point this year.

Agree, however the company will not stand still imo, a merger is my front runner now, with a T/O should we not get our finger out.

Will a merger add value, not sure myself, a t/o however should see us top +185p easily. The longer we produce, converting our $10/barrel reserves into $34/barrel sales the better as our asset to cash conversion adds value to SQZ.

Be totally the wrong time to move on imo ...... should another deal appear on the basis of a Reverse takeover then expect the SP to open on relisting at +190p at least.

A deal will happen be it RTO / Merger or us being T/O that's for sure and the SP will be a lot higher than today's imo

Our SP has been ebbing and flowing for best part of 18 months so weak PI's will or have already made alternative plans. Major holders, afaik are all still on-board.

I would say that it would very much depend upon what skills and added benefit the farm-in partner could bring. Clearly we are lacking some geo skills atm . To raise cash now, a discount of circa 15%-20% would be demanded from any PI firm imo.

Farm-in is by far the best option, otherwise we could, if any company completes DD and sees an opportunity, we could be taken out for a song.
