RE: Here we go17 Dec 2020 17:54
can we get some serious views on here please?
Capita was a basket case - still has many issues to fix, but first call was to ensure debt covenants intact which has been achieved for now. Longer term, Lewis is building a more streamlined business that is transparent and improved margins. This isn't going to happen overnight, and its unlikely the SP will return to anything like the past highs but if it can keep the momentum going then £1 in the longer term doesnt seem outlandish. The market doesnt like it when management indicate a return on disposal that doesnt come to fruition as it calls in to question the integrity of the communications with analysts. CPI doesnt have a good track record on this as we know so it will take time to build back the trust within the market. Views?
