@JAB & Cawn - that could be the case, i would ping them a message to make sure that they are voting, i believe half the time these votes get lost or they dont bother, the default is YES if no vote is registered as a response is mandatory, so if you want to vote NO definitely contact them .

@Cawn - another point worth mentioning is mine did not appear in secure messages, on ii we have a seperate section called 'voting mailbox' you might have a bit of digging around on the drop down menu's to find as i have previously.

@Cawn - yes ive had my notification and voted YES, do you know at present whether HL are trading POLY? Some brokers are only allowing closing psoitions, whether this would affect voting rights i doubt but you never know. Pop them an email and ask, i would think by MOnday at the latest you would have had notification.

I emailed IR around 3 hours ago and i have already had a reply, i wont post the whole email but the very important bit as others have said " they are committed to keeping the LSE listing for POLY and moving HQ from Jersey if possible"

I am so impressed with the companies professionalism, i really think some of the posters on this forum do not appreciate this, its to easy to chuck all companies in to the same bucket when you've be burned in the past, this isnt and shouldnt be the case with POLY, exceptional service and honesty exactly the kind of company you want to keep when in business.

My broker interactive has given vote notifcation, im guessing everyone is voting yes?

@Rookie are you SB or CFD? yes these sell offs are usually only a few days long and its been carnage this week, lets see how the US opens later today, looking good for next week ))

@Rookie - i just follow the SP500 and FTSE futures, these banking shares follow it mainly. interest rate rises in recent days has continued this sell off so it was short lived this morning, i am hoping on the next cycle up we will break the 174 area, lets.

@Atrades - becuase they have already said as a minimum we will have the Kaz assets listed on the FTSE, why would you leave all capital tied up ina state that could potentially be under sanctions for years to come..

you aint wrong, today ive experienced everything that is wrong with RMG from their customer service, PO empty, attitude from staff behind counter, nothing like dealing with EVRI or YODEL, they either want business or they dont.

IMO it would be a good idea for a name change as well removing the 'Royal' entitlement, seems to go to some peoples heads. Sorry for all those hard working posties who are polite and graft but there is a lot of dead wood in this business and it needs clearing out fast!

@Judge - atm nothing if they have been purchased on the FTSE exchange. I very much doubt your SIPP holder purchases on MOEX...

@Rylidan - why is it a worrying update? They said in thier last reply on email they intended at least to leave POLY on FTSE as a minimum, that is their intention.

Reading between the lines im expecting a MOEX delisting or exchange to another market place, once this is confirmed the FTSE price should reflect that portion we have gained. The value has just shifted from MOEX to FTSE, im in no rush for divi's but as others have said this paves the way forward, lets see what clarification we get later.

great news! today im expecting a decent rise, Russian assets are not priced into FTSE listing hence MOEX massive drop yesterday, finally dividends will resume once this is sorted.

We have just gained the value of a portion of the Russian assets, the rest of MOEX shares holders are being told tough luck, we here in the UK are unaffected.

If this doesnt rise today i will hang my coat up!

@Anger its good to keep in with the rhythm of the wider market, with these large caps you can almost place your buys and sells on FED's quarterly updates, just had a nice 5k divi from RMG too ;-)

The good news is UK inflation is already stalling, watch the lemming's jump off the cliff tomorrow though, its almost comical but ive been there done that, sometimes you have to feel ythe pain to learn a lesson and look back regret a decision.

IMO this board is hardly worth reading with all the negative post's and bashers out there, i can feel a little top with my divi money coming ))

The whole MOEX main market was down 8% today on the back of VLADs announcement, its a pre recorded annoucement and has already taken place so the news is already out there

worth a mention 71 new goverment officials from the st petersburg region have signed a petition for VP resign, we can now see why he is so desperate for these elections in occupied regions and for Ukr to enter into negotiations, his days are numbered now

@investor6 likewise, i think the market might argue with you today about the 'good' rns, i saw it as a nuetral rns because of the cost increase, long term yes it will be good but for today no, its more money out of the pot. You might look at it from the BOD's POV they might have seen that 38% as negative and wanted the news well clear of the next rns

@Bigblue do you know how big the next RNS is going to be? can i have a look at your crystal ball?
