Market doesn't seem to like like it, maybe something to do with the massive bonuses they seem to be giving themselves without making a profit

I'm all for staff incentives but they should be performanced based and aligned with shareholders.

any holders who were involved in the financing for this business in the last round nearly 3 years ago are down over 50%, and they keep awarding themselves for this....

Still, they are good at thinking of innovative ways to give themselves more free shares....

Any bulls left, this is depressing??

An investor day is all well and good, but they just need to show the market that the business can make a good old fashioned profit.

I work in travel in the UK. Xhita makes some great points. It is also worth remembering EasyJet airline can in effect give Easyjet holidays discounted seat rates, they package this up with the fantastic hotel rates and transfers and still get a much higher margin than if they sell a flight only. Plus they are super competitive hense OTB said the value market is poor, It's not poor Easy Jet holidays are eating their lunch.

The only downside to this model, which is short term, EZJ has to wait a bit longer for the money from the customer, generally 4 weeks prior to travel rather than payment on booking.

Worth remembering if they sell a flight for the summer they get paid at point of booking.

If they sell a holiday they don't get paid for the flight, hotel and transfer until 28 days before travel, but they get much higher margin.

I've put a £7 target price for this year, you wait and see the money roll in this summer.

Ok, I'll break that one down a bit.

Over the last few months the bank of America have been selling their significant holding of 13%

Yesterday they reported that they now only hold sub 3% so no longer need to report a significant holding.

This will have weighed heavily on the share price and there should be a rebound once they have sold the last of their holding

That would totally explain the weakness in share price over the last couple of months

It certainly benefits the leadership team having a depressed share price, they can keep loading up their SIP on the cheap..

Makes you wonder what is their incentive to increase the share price, until they want to start selling some of course
