From the last RNS sharesport, This says to me funding hasn't been secured yet.

This is the bit I'm annoyed about, W2T were supposed to organise the funding but obviously failed, now they will get an easy out with 40% of PHE. I think they are worth 20% at a push...

Probably - W2T won't imho and I'm not sure it deserves to, maybe it will pull both companies down.

Wishi could get £4 mil or 40% of the company I work for for delivering one sales contract...

Seems to me W2T have done nothing more than s half decent director of sales could have done, I really don't see the value to give 40% of the company away for! Just employ a decent sales manager and save £4 million

-10% the market is showing what it thinks the value of W2T is....

Personally I'm not sure on this one. As far as I know AFC own 20% of W2T and assign no value to it, in other words consider it worthless. What are PHE buying for this much dilution? I'm not saying it's a bad deal as I'm not close to it, I just don't see what they are buying. Would PHE be buying it if there wasn't the internal connections.

Tesla changed the landscape for EV's, they showed traditional car makers the way. That was Tesla's key strategy all along, money is a means to an end for them. Bears simply couldn't understand this.
