W2T bring the grand total of sod all to the party, apart from one contact and exclusivity that they haven't really earned... and PHE bring the DMG - I'll reserve judgement but it looks very parasitic to me, back PHE into a corner and stitch them right up...

Oh please, 40% of the company for starting a deal they haven't got funded and hadn't even broken ground yet . Talk about money for nothing. Jobs for the boys!

Still don't see it Mb, to me it looks like W2M have failed to raise any cash which was their part of the deal so now are looking for a way to survive. Surely PHE must have a clause to void W2T's exclusivity if they don't deliver.

Hi BumbleB, I assume that's because AFC attributes no value to the W2T shares in it's accounts, maybe because they sold them back for £20k... they appear to be now worth £1 million

There we go fpvone - the DL attitude. Hence never go anywhere near a company he is involved in. The one think that keeps me here is the mine.

It appears to have removed their shares in W2T too which would have given AFC a 9% share of PHE if the take over of W2T goes through.... All seems very opaque.

So if AFC were paid £20k for their 20% then total value of W2T is £100k no? 20 million PHE shares, done!
