I must say, its really promising to see the recent resilience of the SP. We were about 4% down today, but there is obviously sentiment that the stock is worth picking up in the eyes of a lot of people if it starts dropping into the low 370s.
As always, I am NOT very knowledgable and mostly post about what im feeling, so don't use me as guidance and DYOR!
I certainly feel we are on the right side of things now. Two quarters of recovery progress, all the analysts saying buy, and it looks like the market thinks rates are done climbing... could all come good at once
Im quite comfortable sitting around where we are currently for now. Two weeks ago it seriously looked like we might go 350p and under, but the pull back up has been consistent despite multiple knocks. Hover around £4, wait for results and see where they take us.
Every time we drop below 370 now, I will be buying as much as I possibly can!
I appriciate this might be a sore subject for some given the heights the SP was once at, and I would ask that any replies to others are kind and empathetic (doesnt seem to be a problem on here). I am curious. What are peoples averages?!
I have just worked mine out as being 408p to start things off.
i know this is just normal market turbulance ect ect, but from a flawed human psychological level.. it feel like the prevailing direction throughout the day is starting to be blue and not red. yes some big drops in the days, but more consistent slow rises. i feel it in my ****les, a slow rise is coming ;)
and no... incase you aren't used to my posts, i dont know what im talking about, i dont pretend to, i just find commentry entertaining :p dyor
I think at the moment we dont even have paint on the walls bud. We found out the wall was mouldy. The leak has been plugged, the walls are being replastered and THEN the paint will go on ;) its going to take time. Honestly, I dont even think October 25th will see much change, it is going to take a far wider economic upturn to get consumers back to consuming and the I think we will see the gains. This time next year, I would say we are likely to see significant progress, untill then, 10% here, -10% there..
