Gecko, that must have felt amazing and then so disappointing when you realise the truth of the situation. You never know it could be a prophesy;-))

I was just checking the live price on ADVFN and as it refreshed the page jumped and I thought our sp had jumped to 40.25p. I just about cacked myself. Soon as I realised it was the page that had moved my pulse rate started to drop again. PHEW, excitement over for today I suspect.

I’m so pleased we gave a big chunk of the company to the bod to incentivise them and look after the share holders. It makes me feel all warm inside every time I look at the sp going down again. I’m pleased I only look in here now and then I don’t like to see my money wasted but that’s pretty much how I feel right now. If we got a brilliant RNS right now all that would do is push the sp back to about 12p on the spike then we’d watch it drift back dow again. I’ll check back later to see how much abuse I get for daring to state the obvious.

Mikeyh78, when you get to 20+ years like me you end up expecting the inevitable with Vodafone. It’s like the post office, it’s such a big ship it takes forever to stop and even longer to make a turn. Don’t expect miracles because they ain’t coming.

I’ve got 912k shares and it would have been brilliant to share whatever we sell for. Unfortunately I’ll now have to share it as part of a divorce settlement. Whatever I end up with I’ll get another house or buy her out of this one, the rest I’ll help my son who’s had a very rough 10 years. To see him smile will mean the world to me.

Tilly, thanks for the reply I just cannot for the life of me figure out why ppl are selling at this stage of the game when they could wait for the next RNS and make so much more. gecko, good to see ya mate. They remind me of my wife or gold digger as I now refer to her. We’ve parted company after 20 years of being together (if you remember I told you all on here she sent me a text). So now I need rowka to be correct with his forecast of in excess of 240p then by the time I’ve got rid of her completely I’d still have about a million. If not I suppose my half will still give me enough to be very comfortable. Come on DS get this over the line. Stay safe mate.

Do you know this is the best closing sp we’ve had for a little while yet there are still ppl selling as we close. I really hope that the RNS of some description lands tomorrow morning at 7am just to catch those money grabbing bas*ards out, and have them wishing that they had stayed firm like the rest of us. Here’s hoping for tomorrow.

toon, and just how would you know where to get them and the price ;-))

I haven’t been able to read much of the bb this weekend so I’m sorry if this has been brought up already. In the snapshots I’ve read I haven’t seen anyone mention the DFS. The results of which will be released by year end in readiness for the 2021 mining season. Since we are entering the final quarter of the year the results could be released at any time. So we’ve got loads of news to land and all very soon. I don’t know what the final sp will be but when the bod decide that the price is right we’re all in for a bumper pay out. See you all in the morning.
