I still have no response from CH, sorry AST as a whole on their business continuity model, they should have succession plans in place, and it’s one thing the scaremongers keep using as a reason that CH should stay. Sorry but if it needs a new set of eyes that’s what it needs, and by this I mean CH may need more help, I have been quite vocal on my vote on his re-election, however it may be he needs some help, maybe some of his salary can help with that.... imho....

The important point is though that although we haven’t pooled our shares together for one individual to abuse, all we are saying is we have a collective voice and if needsbe we can then debate further steps, it hopefully doesn’t come to that, but the events have forced us into this. No funding needed, wham primary bid. Tool stuck in well, well performance is great. We don’t need the permit, it’s not out priority says CH, well what the heck is, sell more gas as much as you can untreated if that’s your strategy. Need I go on. All imho...

TPT, I will be using my shares to vote that CH doesn’t get re elected, a personal choice and a statement that enough is enough. The purpose of the investor group is to voice concerns, now maybe with what responses we get I might even change that opinion. All imho, and I am not encouraging anyone else to vote CH out, you all have shares and a vote....

TPT, I think that was the reason why the letter would be drafted collectively and then the onus on each individual to send the letter to the BOD with their holdings statement / details, I just can’t see how doing nothing is an option. We sit at a price lower than when the original permit rejection happened, with no clear plan in sight for going forward, a well that had a tool stuck down it which the BOD neglected to mention whilst a lot of us were buying in on good faith, whilst certain elements were offloading... that’s what’s fishy.... imho

That was supposed to be not just the BOD bonus and pay checks. The SP will see some positivity from this movement imho.....

Monarch I put some questions before which were more about strategic direction of the company. Think your idea of starting a draft is ideal to get it started only thing I would say and think you already said this although it is emotional to be taken serious we need to ensure the emotion is taken out and we stick to facts, it’s about time the BOD feel that the PI shareholders have a vested interest in this company and its future, but they next BOD bonus or pay check.... imho

Great point CMG and that’s the scaremongering that had been used for ages to discourage any sort of collective movement, each and every one of us has our individual vote on the future of CH as CEO, this group is for greater transparency and accountability, not a coup of sorts,,,. All imho. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Monarch, great job in rallying people together and a great post outlining the intentions. How are you planning on sending the message to CH that we are serious and want accountability? I know a lot of people are cautious of sharing details of their holdings, if there’s one email that is being sent if each of us also sends it with out details to CH then will alleviate concerns of sharing details? Only thinking out loud. Great to see the volume of support to effect a change of mindset and say enough is enough.

Why blame the PR company? They can only promote what the company gives them as marketing, CH was busy sticking his tool in the well, imho

Don’t think that’s unreasonable, in the unlikely event that CH is not re elected then what would happen?

Rosewall you sound like a broken record. If CH is so good, get an answer on who will replace him when he’s voted out at the AGM.... stutter....stutter....stutter... I don’t actually think he will actually get voted out by the way, but be interesting to see by how many votes the resolution actually gets passed by.... imho

Am sure his salary helps Bradis... imho
