So we finally had to have a breather and what better and more encouraging day on a down day for the market.

There is more and more talk of a Supercycle from many places not least Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. They are wrong occasionally but you don't get to be where they are unless your right more often than not.

Chuck in dodgy weather in USA, Vaccine going amazingly well, Flights, ships, lockdowns removed, Opec restraint, New contracts, Sleepy Joes stimulus programs, SFO conclusion, fundamentally undervalued stock..........We may just may have a way still to go....

Countless reasons for this to go up not least of which is that it was 31.70 just a couple of weeks ago...…

As always whist we have the SFO hanging off our ass anything could happen....

However that aside back in the normal world.... contracts coming in, Joes Green energy plans and increasing vaccinations, oil prices rising and the current low valuation.......I expect a decent week and don’t see a reason why £1.30 shouldn’t be achievable.......

One thing that occurred to me is that surely the SFO have to fine Petrofac something or some kind of pay no admitting deal....

I can’t see how even in a multi billion dollar would not notice 30$ million going missing.

However it’s very positive that there have been no charges so far so who knows.

One bit of logic says some kind of fine, Another’s says that time has passed and it might be nearly over.....

For me tomorrow will be a positive day....How positive time will tell.

The sentencing of Lufkin marks potentially the beginning of the end of this sage.....

I cannot for the life of me believe that if they were going to charge any other employees past or present they would have done it by now. So the first part of the sage re any individuals involved will finish tomorrow.

This for me should be enough for a slight rise on the day.....

Then we have either the SFO closing all investigations in the coming days/weeks or some kind of pay plea which will quickly also draw a line under these events.

If we get this tomorrow BOOM.....If not a bit of patience and we should be out of the woods......

And whilst all of this goes on.......

Shorts will close
Oil is rising
Contracts are being won.
Expenditure in oil / gas services is increasing.
Expenditure in renewables is going through the roof.
Biden is sorting the biggest stimulus package of all time.
Our new CEO is settling in and hopefully making great progress.
We are on half the PE of our nearest competitors.

Honestly......Its a no brainer for me.......

Fortune favours the brave.......

Decent start.....Slowly moving back up... Thays all we need.

Oil over 61$ which means lots of companies looking for major infrastructure projects...

Also the Green projects are being rolled out and we are involved in a number of the early ones....

Finally our decommissioning expertise will be called on more and more.....

They have had a year and a half since then and no charges have been made.....

Not strange at all......Just a clear observation that PFC don't look likely to have anybody charged now....

In the article below they talk about 4 managers of Petrofac who were named involved in the issues.

Our former CEO was also arrexsted and released on bail..

Given all the above and the fact that none of them apart from Lufkin have been charged, surely that leads you to believe there is nothing for them to charge anybody with. Or at least they do not have enough evidence to make it stick....

Therefore the end of this saga must be in sight shortly with as suggest either no charges at all or a small fine with no acceptance of guilt....

This could be all about to get much rosier.....
